“Stayed here before, seems a little dirty, bathroom floors are in need a a good scrub”
Have stayed here several times, like the hotel, seems a bit "older" bathroom floor needs a good scrub, couch cushions are worn out, noisy kid in two rooms across hall (with parents) would recommend to confine kids to one area, so couples can relax.. Staff extremely nice and helpful... Not info in rooms on area dining, (non expensive) when I asked at front desk they gave me a copy of local eateries... Very accomodating...may be back again.
“conmvenient locatio of the strip”
The price was good,breakfast plentiful.
“Nice off strip hotel. Includes a decent continental breakfast.”
We had no problems with the hotel. We stayed one night. The room was large, had a very large (42"?) LCD TV with all of the hookups you'd need. We had an accessible room so it wasn't quite laid out the way we'd like, but it was still fine. The bed was good enough. The price includes a decent continental breakfast. It was a bit off strip and cheaper.
“great deal”
Great accomodation away from the casinos. Big rooms, very confortable, staff very frendly and helpful.
“Oktoberfest refuge”
We booked several rooms for our whole family at this hotel so we could go next door to celebrate Oktoberfest. It was very convenient for our purposes and a comfortable place to sleep after consuming the typical Oktoberfest feast!
“Just Right”
We have previously stayed in a number of fancier hotels on the strip. This trip we decided to spend our money other ways. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is a perfect place to return to at the end of the day and sleep. There is a pull out couch, mini frig, and bar sink in addition to the usual room amenities. Maybe if this is your first time to Vegas this is not for you. The pool is fine but not luxurious, there is no view to speak of but there is a free breakfast so you can spend your money on a fancy dinner or souvenirs.
“Nice Hotel”
Hotel was very nice and clean!! Close to the Hard Rock took maybe five minutes to walk there. Also they had a shuttle that went to Plant Hollywood which was awesome so you didn't have pay a taxi!
“Just what was needed: great rate near the Hard Rock”
Clean, convenient room at a great price near the location we wanted to be (Hard Rock) thanks again!
“HORRIBLE HOTEL”
Let me begin by saying that there are absolutely no amenities at this hotel...there isn't even a taxi line outside! The hotel is inconveniently located off the strip, has no casino, and is definitely not walking distance. FRUSTRATING!!! The rooms were somewhat spacious, yet had a funky smell. The carpet was filthy as expected by most 3 star or lower hotels. The bathroom was tiny and there was hair on the towels! NASTY!!! The free breakfast they offer in the morning is nothing but bread. WEAK!!! The fitness room is literally one of the rooms with the beds and couch being replaced with 2 treadmills and one stationary bike. The minuscule swimming pool looks like it can fit 4-5 people UNCOMFORTABLY! You're better off getting a hotel on the strip...hotel is totally NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
“Great Off Strip Location”
Little to complain about here, especially if you want accommodations away ffromthe noisy and crowded strip. Still, the Hardrock is right across the street. Hyatt Place has nifty room layouts with plenty of space for a business person or a vacationer. The breakfast area is large (why do so many places offering free breakfast have such tiny breakfast areas?) and they had very good hot oatmeal on two of the days. Overall the quality of the breakfast was excellent. Only complaints were the pool was a little chilly, there was no jacuzzi, and we didn't find the pillows very comfortable. All the people we met who worked at the hotel were most helpful and friendly. We would definitely go back when we want to stay away from the glitz.
