The hotel was great the only issue we had was the noise from the airport and also the constant helicopter tours that fly over the strip. That is not the hotels fault and would be an issue at all hotels in this part of town.

Lovely spacious room for a family of 4. Disappointed with the view asked to change but was not possible. Location was great short walk to the strip and other attractions. Pool was also nice.

Great location to walk to the sphere. Payed for a king room was given a queen so went to change the room and they gave us a new room but the keys didn’t work . Third time got the room.

They don't have a do not disturb sign to put on the door. They came in to clean while my daughter was sleeping and we were out. No privacy.

Great place to stay. Close to strip. Pretty quite beside the nightly helicopter ride tours going on til midnight. Pools are not heated like they say they are or maybe not just what I expected heated pools to be. Great for families

Check in time was 4 PM and we were not able to get into our room until 6:30 PM. Well nearly every staff member we encountered was polite when I expressed disappointment to the person who let me know that our room was finally ready. There was not even an apology. There was also a very loud noise in the middle of the night that I assume was from plumbing or a shower in another unit.

Location is perfect. Close the High Roller and SPHERE. But no elevators, we had to stay on 3rd floor with baby and stroller, and it was a torture yo gonup and down for 4 days.

Almost everything is good about this resort. The only thing that i didnt like is that the staff kept openeing or tried to open my room door. It atleast happend twice a day. I nevered requested service and they still kept coming to my room and tried to open door. Ive stayed at this resort atleast 10 times and its the first time it happened to me

The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable.. we did not have enough hot water for our two showers and the dishwasher did not work. All of the hot tubs on the property were not working during the beginning of our day, but the one nearest us was fixed mid- week. There was a sales pitch to join the Holiday Inn club vacation when we first arrived, and before they would give us our key.

AC was set to 70 but reading 81 on our arrival. We tried adjusting thermostat which seemed to change the temp of air from the vents. Exhausted from the trip and late check in we fell asleep for a few hours anyway. But temp never came down and roof became stifling. We did call the desk to be told there was no overnight maintenance crew. Had to open windows in Vegas where there is always noise to wake you up every hour or less. We had an unrestful night of fractured sleep between a long flight and a long drive. Don’t recommend

Most of the staff was friendly but one lady at the vacation station was rude. They did have computer problems when we arrived but that happens. Two bedroom and bath was great size for our family of 4 (we had our 2 adult children with us) I did not like the master bathroom as the lighting was dim and the deep tub was hard to get into and you could not use the tub as it would not hold the water well and the bubble tub did not work. The other bathroom had a walk in shower which was nice. Location was good - just west of the Linq and High Roller (Middle of strip) and next to the Sphere which was fund to look at (Did the Sphere experience and it was not worth the cost)

I enjoyed my stay here though we didn’t stay much at the resort, only at night to sleep. There will be a resort fee you’ll have to pay. Keep in mind this is a timeshare location so they will try to get you go to their presentation. I just said I didn’t make enough money to get out of going. It’s a nice place to stay off the strip and I would come back.

I walked safely to the Cesar’s palace for a conference all week alone. It was about a 15 minute walk without stopping except for the crosswalks. Be careful crossing Koval (busy and part of the sidewalk is low). You walk past a large parking lot, then under the Linq Ferris wheel attraction and through a nice shopping promenade, lots of food options there. Dole whip $14, ($36 whole pizza) slice pizza was really good, near In&Out, Ghirardelli shop made ice cream sundaes. All the employees everywhere were nice. CONS: I did not like having to wait an hour to check in because the room was not ready at 4. I did not like having to check out at 10am (too early!) they did not give me extra time even though I had to wait an extra hour to check in, then I heard housekeeping checking in next door and the person there just said “I’m checking out at 12” and that made me think it didn’t matter that I called to ask for a late check out. PROS: The pool was clean and not packed, they have like 4 to use. Lots of families and teens walking around the premises so that was nice to see. An Uber to the Cesar’s was about $14, so if you don’t want to walk it’s going to cost around that much to get to the strip because they have to drive around the back on Koval to get to the strip.

The activity center staff (especially Eric) were so kind and accommodating to our 8 and 11 year old sons. They begged to go to the Activity center all the time! The pools and hot tubs were great, and open til late so we could come back after activities and take a quick dip! The 2 bedrooms were huge and walk in closets were amazing too! Overall really loved the place!

I didn’t like the fact that in order to get my parking pass, I had to go to a different counter and then they tried to get me to attend a two hour seminar in exchange for some coupon. That’s something I was not interested in at all, and it was honestly annoying. Specially, having to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my parking pass.

This is not upscale as promised and not a 4 star property as listed. I’d give this 2 stars for a proper hotel rating. The check in process was long and confusing. The staff was generally rude and unwelcoming. There were not enough staff available or willing to help at check in to make it welcoming or convenient, the process took over 30 mins initially just to talk to someone, additional waiting for rooms to be ready, another 20 mins waiting just to check bags at bellhop and then I had to get a new room because my assigned room was still in the process of getting cleaned when I opened the door. There was general confusion and lack of knowledge among staff about whether rooms were actually ready or not. The property includes several buildings separated by a road without enough walking access in between buildings. Though I was initially in building 4 I eventually got placed in building 2 which was right next to the road and with loud traffic noise all night and a parking lot view. The check in staff said I “drew the short straw” on my room assignment. The pool areas are dirty with hardly any chairs or sun umbrellas. The onsite bar and restaurant staff were actually friendly and helpful and the food was pretty good though generally cheap, diner fare. There was no room service available. I’m not sure how this place can be rated as 4 stars or listed as “upscale”, which is false advertising.

Great property for staying with young kids. Great location, off strip but close by. The rooms were smaller than expected but were planned out really well. The rooms had an excellent layout and were well equipped. At the hotels suggestion we rented baby stuff from a third party. In hindsight it probably wasn't necessary but having a guaranteed crib was peace of mind. Also, no one tried to sell us on anything, which was fantastic.

We really like the great experience of this hotel ~~~ Excellent location to look around the Sphere and High Roller . Easy walking to Vegas Blvd and Flamingo Rd.

No casinos a plus Easy walk to the Sphere It’s really a full apartment Quite a bit of outside noise Property is spread out and we were far from the main area Expect a vacation club pitch

Upon check-in Thursday afternoon, the lady was very nice, she explained that there were upgrades happening, and the water was off until 4 o’clock. That’s understandable because upgrades are good, unfortunately, the next morning at about 10:15 AM, I was in the shower with a conditioning mask on my hair when the water went off again. When I called the front desk, I was told that that I’ve been given a notice upon check-in telling us the water would be off Friday too, which did not happen. The water was restored at 4pm. Aside from that our linen was dirty we had to get that changed, it appeared to be stained with makeup and mold. And the hard sell from the timeshare staff was really aggressive. From the beginning, we explained , we were not interested in a timeshare but we were interested in making $150 for 90 minutes of our time. 130 minutes later give or take five minutes after three separate salesman tried to sell to us aggressively we went to get our reward for giving them our time, and their computer was down . Four hours later we received a call that the computers were up and they would be open for another 30 minutes so we can come pick up our money. All around I would not choose to stay at a Holiday Inn resort again.
