Great location, pool is average, check in was difficult. Not sure if it was Expedia or the hotel but it took an hour.

Great experience overall.. We needed to get a late check out because our flight wasn't leaving until nighttime & the process was quite easy... An additional $45 to stay till 4 pm.. Worth it I guess.

Best position on the strip...

Arrived late & was stuck with 'pet' room, woke to bad smell so arranged to change next day, they were happy to do. Parking was super easy, just enter from rear lane. Included breakfast was coffee & egg muffin at Starbucks which suited us. Room clean & tidy though fridge would have been nice we managed with ice buckets. Coming back again as location is perfect and it's so much better than endless lobby walks at bigger hotels.

Was a little hesitant booking based on room reviews, especially since we got the most basic room. We were pleasantly surprised. The size was good and more spacious than expected. One thing with check in was we got our room key, only to find it didn't work when we got up in the room. Called security to let us in. We unpacked and then went down to get a new key. Well two more attempts at getting a new room key, the key still didn't work. They finally decided the battery was bad in the door lock and gave us another room. So we had to repack and relocate. Not exactly what you want to do when your flight was delayed and don't arrive until one am. Other thing, don't expect a decent toiletry selection. Bare minimum available, no coffee maker.

Cons: Rooms very tired
Location: Good location on the strip
only two persons on check in desk so took over an hour to check in. Room in need of face lift hole in bathroom door. Air conditioning unit so noisy could not use when in room. carpet dirty and stained.

Room is small. Feels cramped. Checking in at midnight was terrible. They had a long line of guests waiting and only "2" ladies checking people in. I was surprised. Hire more res staff!!

Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: Given the amount of time I waited for a room, I feel I should have received a larger food credit for hotel restaurants.
Location: Nearby cheap places to eat, great entertainment locations within walking distance.
After check-in around 2:00 A.M. I was informed that rooms were not available because cleaning staff did not report to work and that rooms had not been cleaned. I did not get a room until 5:00 A.M. However, staff did give me a food credit to be used at hotel restaurants. Staff was helpful under the circumstances given.
