There are candy wrappers in the hallway. No one greeted you as you walked in to the hotel at 10:00 PM. The door to the room did not shut when you walked out. The USB plugs did not work. But I have to say the beds were comfy, and it was quiet

This is a very good hotel for the price. Good value, very clean, nice staff, excellent free breakfast. My room was pretty quiet and shower was great. Comfy beds. Probably needs a few updates but overall great experience. Would stay here again.

the staff that assisted us when we arrived 3/23/24 @ around midnight time is not very friendly and accommodating. she have the low tone of voice, doesn't smile, i said thanks a lot of time but no acknowledgement. when we finished the transaction and we are on our way to our room i saw and heard a guest saying thank you to her and she replied you are welcome, no problem but for us she never did, i feel she is racist, only to people with white skin and not the dark skinned people like us. i am very disappointed of her.
