Understaffed.

Posted 03-May-2015
Pros: Despite being understaffed, the pool staff at the upper pool was a hard working bunch who provided friendly service.
Cons: Hire some more workers. This hotel is all about waiting in line everywhere. And how about bucking up for a decent heating system for your main pool.
Location: The location is the best on the strip. Despite this we won't be back.
It started terribly. We were 15th in line for check in and an hour later we were still in line. Just two people working the front desk on a Saturday night. This is the third time I've stayed here. The hotel looked old and out of date. Bathroom was not clean. We went to the main pool the next morning and no one went in because it is by far the coldest pool I've ever been in, A couple of days later we tried the smaller one on the upper level and it was much warmer. Despite the pools being full to capacity the only had two of their four bars open for business. The lines were a common theme throughout the week. Two bathrooms at the pool and both only had one stall. Ridiculous. I like to parley tickets at the sports book but the man working the book told me that they only offered parleys during football season. So spent 4 days crossing the street to Caesars to play my picks when I found out that the Flamingo did offer parley plays, the first worker I spoke with didn't know this. Unacceptable. Two of the blackjack dealers at the Margaritaville casino definitely didn't want to be there and did not hide it one bit. Not a good experience at all. Not one person in our group of 12 said that they would go back. I'll be upgrading to the Venetian next time.

Shower was broke. Toilet was loose from the floor.

Posted 03-May-2015
thet took a $490.40 emenity from me and said it would be reimburst in 5 to 10 days. they only reimbursed me back $300. They kept $190.40 stating resort fee. They never said anything about resort fees. I thought I had already paid for the room. No sure why they are charging a resort fee. I never got anything extra for this fee. so my friends and my self were chaged this and we are none to happy about it.

Nice hotel. Pool space a disappointment.

Nice enough hotel. Large check in queues, pool opens late and more queues. Excellent mid strip location and reasonable rates. Rooms are clean.

While the staff was fantastic, the cleanliness of the room and hallways was something to be desired. Had to walk the entire length of the hotel for an ice machine and there was construction dust and garbage throughout the hallways. They should close off one floor at a time to renovate.

vagas wedding

Posted 02-May-2015
wedding was great. hotel was sadd. food was over priced and not very good in buffet. brunch only had very little lunch items and they were very very sad. then there was the time share sellers.... could not walk in lobby with out being hit up by person that could not take no for an answer. we would run to get away... out side the hotel was even worse.. homeless and other street people hitting you up every time you down the street..

Lots to see and do nearby.

Posted 02-May-2015
Pros: I liked the garden best.
One of the most beautiful gardens ever. It is a wildlife refuge. The room was clean. Lots of room. Maid service was excellent. I needed to go back to the room once and the maid asked for my key to be sure it WAS my room. I liked that she didn't just let me in. Extra towels were delivered promptly. Staff was always helpful.

Perfect location

Posted 02-May-2015
Pros: Clean rooms, great pools and price.
Cons: Carpets, elevators
Location: Very central to everything! Walk out of the hotel and turn right or left and explore!
Great location, it was very clean and the rate was great. I would recommend this hotel. The only things we didn't like were the archaic elevators which was a gamble every time you used them and the employees that try and sell you a "timeshare" tour for free show tickets etc, (which every hotel does, but still annoying). The carpets in the hallways need replacing but other than that, we would stay again. Minor things.

Serious Upgrades are needed

Posted 02-May-2015
Pros: The only thing good about this hotel is the Pool when they dont close it on a Saturday.
Only 2 elevators work, hotel Staff not customer service friendly. I complained and was told by the customer service manager that she would call us with a resolution, never heard from her.
