Nice place to stay apartment style

Posted 18-Aug-2014
The only thing I didn't like was they control the air conditioner and the lowest it goes is 70 degrees. I got a stand-up oscillating fan to help. Staff super nice

Nice family friendly hotel off the strip

Posted 08-Aug-2014
Pros: Size of the room and the pool
Cons: Cleanliness of the carpets in the room
Very nice hotel with very spacious rooms. The only recommendation I have for the hotel is to have the carpets cleaned better. Our feet were literally black from walking around in the room with no shoes on. We actually left black foot prints in the bath tub when we went in for a shower. Also, try and book a second floor room. We were on the first floor and it sound like a heard of elephants checked into the room above us. Everything else was great.

Good solid hotel for family of 5 to stretch out. Liked having full refridge and kitchen.

Very nice family hotel in Vegas.

Posted 03-Aug-2014
We stayed there for a night while traveling through. The resort was very nice, clean, and quiet. The front desk staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The kids enjoyed the water facilities. The room offered us much needed space for us and our 4 kids. We all wished we could have stayed longer than one night.

Great hotel for families with kids

Good experience. Great amenities. Close to the strip. Have stayed at this hotel many times and would choose it again over many other hotels. My kids love the family pool. Only complaint is that carpet in the room could be cleaner.

Great deal

Posted 31-Jul-2014
Pros: Size of room and price. Well maintained. Super friendly staff. Room was ready when we arrived (at about 1:30 pm).
Cons: Check-out time too early; could be 11am instead of 10am. Would prevent rush in the morning.
Location: Need car to strip or take their shuttle. Close to Tropicana Ave. Went to a great German restaurant (Cafe Berlin) close to the 215 -Decatur exit
Had a 900sq foot suite for an excellent price. Clean, large and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Room was quiet and the folding bed was very comfortable. Close to pool but removed enough so that we didn't have any noise. They will give you some information about their other properties and presentation but they are not pushy and if you say no, they leave you alone. Concierge was extremely helpful

Out of the way wonder!!

Posted 31-Jul-2014
Pros: Loved the pool area, game room, size of the rooms, location of complex is a plus as it is not on the strip, and is a gated complex.
Cons: Adding a buffet breakfast would be good, complete Wi-Fi connection on the whole complex.
Location: There is nothing to do or see there. It has 1 little strip mall on the left & right, and 1 small one across the street, that's it.
Thought I was booked at the Desert ROSE Resort where I normally stay when in Vegas, but was booked here. Was wonderfully surprised at this gem. (2)Bedrooms were bigger with HUGE walk-in closets in both. Fully stocked kitchen and (2)bathrooms. Way more amenities for families/kids. Huge game room, 2 separate nice sized pools, 1 for kids, 1 for adults, plus a splash park area for babies, and 1 wonderful jacuzzi. My wife normally doesn't get in, but this was so fantastic(large & clean) she was in the thing 5 out of the 7 nights we were there. 4 BBQ grills(gas/propane) & were always clean. Large washer & dryer in separate laundry room in you unit. Down side, 20 minute $15.00 cab ride to the Strip. NO WHERE NEAR the strip or any action. Rental car is a must have. The Orleans Hotel & Casino is about a 30 minute walk, plus have to cross busy road. WiFi has connections issues in some areas of complex, mine finally worked after 3 days of phone reps. No breakfast buffet, so will have to eat out or cook. Great place to stay if not interested in the strip at all, or want to have peace and quiet day & night. As long as I have a rental car will definitely stay here again.

Went to Cheerleading competition at the Orleans

Posted 28-Jul-2014
Pros: It was quiet and afforded you privacy.
Cons: there could be more ice machines, pop and snack machines located more places than just in the pool area.
Location: The Orleans for cheerleading competition. The M&M and Hershey Stores. The roller coast in front of New York New York
my experience at the resort was excellent. There were a few minor issues but these were fixed immediately and with a pleasant attitude. The staff worked with you so you had a pleasant stay.
