“Best stay at a Vegas hotel yet after 3 prior visits to the strip.”
No improvements required.
“Weird on the details”
Bellagio is of course one of if not THE deluxe hotel on the strip but they require you to leave a substational deposit even to make local phone calls from the phone in your room. Seems a little ridiculous considering they certainly charge their guests enough $$$ to begin with.
“All but perfect.”
There was no tea or coffee making facility in the room and no spce in the fridge for even a small bottle of water. All and I mean all other aspects were 100%.
“bellagio”
quality hotel. probably the best i have ever stayed in. class
“Very pleasant right on the strip”
Nice
“Bellagio = Best”
Hotel was all that we expected from the comfort of the hotel and the quality of the fixtures and fitting. All staff were helpfull and curtious and couldnt do enough for you. Cant wait until we return.
“First Class”
A superb hotel. The nicest room I have ever stayed in. A larger selection of bars and restaurants would be nice. Excellent staff from house keeping on up. After making a routine housekeeping call I received a call the next day just to make sure my request from the previous day was taken care of.
“Roger Hough”
Excellent stay but spent a lot of time queueing - for the check-in, for the buffet and for breakfast at the cafe.
“Debbie Carroll”
Would stay there again!
“Totally Awesome Guest Experience”
Just back from spending 5 days at the Bellagio to celebrate my Godson turning 21 yrs old. I've been coming to Vegas since 1985 and I have to tell you, Bellagio, you blew me away with your services team and the quality of services and integration with your marketing through Facebook and linking it back to the hotel. Thanks for the awesome gift you sent to our room to add to our celebration, nice surprise and I want to especially single out Frances on your Concierge team who was in one word AWESOME. We got great Kanye/Jay-Z tickets, we were front row at the Michael Jackson Immortal show --she not only put her best into getting us our best options, but when we went back to thank her Monday for the work she did previous Thursday, she remembered who we were by name in a sea of guests--that's talent and customer service excellence. Your Bell desk team arranged an awesome day with Pink Jeep Tours in Death Valley. The Casino, dealers and spinners were all very sociable and friendly and fun. Truly and Awesome job by all. Only one suggestion, change the MLife sign at the buffet, we lined up as MLife members in that line only to be told after 20 minutes in line our MLife was high enough to be in that line so we went without because by the time we arrived at the front, the other line had grown to over 90 minutes.
