Don't expect "customer service".

Pros: Location
Cons: Bally's employees attitude toward the guest. Tess was clueless, Lucy was rude and Melissa(front desk manager) was useless.
Location: Casinos,shows ,restaurants.
Very disappointed with my stay. Will never stay at Bally's again. Not because of the facility itself, but because of the employees. Upon check in was asked for my ID instead of my name. Gave ID to the front desk clerk (Tessa), she scanned my DL and said that they don't have my reservation. I said its impossible because my reservation was confirmed by Expedia.com. Tessa asked me to spell my last name. I spelled my last name, btw same spelling as on my ID that the clerk was holding in her hand. Was told that I do not have reservation again. I said that its impossible, because I have received email confirmation from expedi.com. Tessa wasn't impressed! and asked for Bally's confirmation. I said that I never received Bally's confirmation, and asked Tessa to check again. She did and informed me that they do have my reservation, but the reservation is under my first name. Wouldn't it be the first thing to check?????? I can only imagine poor international guests who have multiple names and last names!! So check in that shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes took 15 minutes. Next morning we decided to have a breakfast before check out. As we were leaving for breakfast I noticed that "do not disturb' sign, that I left on my door overnight, wasn't on my door anymore... Came back up to the room after breakfast to blinking yellow light on the door lock...had to go back to the front desk, waste my time in check out line to have my key card replaced. Up to my room..same blinking yellow li

Okay for the price

Overall I liked the location of the hotel. It's an older hotel so make sure you book a jubilee room. The room was big enough for 4 people, the beds were comfortable and we had a view of the Paris Eiffel tower and partial view of the Bellagio water show. A little loud because you can hear the music from the Paris hotel nightclub and the actual music and sound of the Bellagio fountains . If I had a complaint it would be the room was dusty and they only had one elevator working going to certain floors on the weekend, wich was annoying because the wait was very long and they don't give you access to rooms through stairs .

My First Stay at Bally's.

Posted 28-Jan-2015
Pros: resturants, the slushie drink bar, location
Cons: You should offer free wifi to your guest.
Location: Bally's is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Loved the location and that the monirail stopped at your Hotel/Casino.
Everything overall was nice. My wife and I were satisfied with the visit. The only negative thing was when I needed to get my plane ticket confirmation, I had ot pay to use the internet service booth. Thanks, Scott Wentzel

Typical sprawling Vegas mid-range hotel

Posted 28-Jan-2015
Pros: Staff were excellent throughout.
Cons: Better air filtering on smoky casino floor; a little more polish in places.
Location: Right in the middle of things really, Bellagio and Paris right next door.
Arrived at 9 in the evening to find my room not quite ready and was asked to wait five minutes, after queuing for check-in for 10 and waiting another 10 while my details were taken, but staff were very friendly and helpful in general; room was good, large and roomy with comfortable beds and ample bathroom space which seems unusual these days, water pressure in shower a little disappointing but everything else perfectly acceptable. Casino floor may be a little smoky for some and felt a little seedy in places, but again staff were very nice and facilities were ample if not luxurious. Walk from room to front door took around 10 minutes - it's a fairly big place.

Uigennemsigtige priser

Nice hotel. Great location

Rooms were a little dated, but overall this is a great, budget friendly place to stay. It's in the middle of the strip. Free shuttle to Rio. Breakfast buffet was ok, at about $11. Overall a great place for a jumping off point.
