“Best Hotel Yet”

The hotel was quiet, clean, had all facilities, the food was excellent, they could not do enough to please. There was entertainment laid on and the staff were the best. The hotel manager even put a bottle of champagne in my room on my birthday (I have no idea how they knew it was my birthday). The private beach was wonderful, clean and very convenient. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Would definitely recommend”

This was a second visit for us to the Golden Coast Hotel and it was as nice the second time round (10 years later). The staff are friendly, helpful and the hotel is beautiful. We prefer to be off the main drag as there is not as much street noise and this is the case at the Golden Coast, yet you are still with in a short walking distance to town with plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel provides and excellent breakfast with loads of choice. The beach is again beautiful and with the sun beds spread on different levels down to the beach you are not made to feel like you are sitting with half the world around you which I have found with other hotels. The grounds are immaculate even better than our last stay. We this hotel.

“A plesant stay”

The hotel had all the facilities and features you wold expect to find, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the service was good. The hotel is quite often used for weddings and there was at least one a day while we was there. The hotel is a bit isolated from nearby services but a short 10 min walk is all it takes, the taxis are not to bad, protaras and ayia napa are a reasonable fair away. The food was good caters to everyone with a few traditional items (but if your after something more traditional try the local resteraunts). All in all we had a good holiday.

“A great hotel for a family holiday”

The Hotel had a wonderful position on the coast with a small but attractive fishing harbour to the north and a pretty sandy cove to the south where water sports were on offer. The swimming pool was very attractive and kept clean, the terraces were clean and well tended both aroundthe poland overlookingthe beach. The indoor pool also looked good. There was a very smart, well maintained squash court, two tennis courts and a gym, I think, although I didn't see the latter. There was a team of enthusiastic young people employed by the Hotel to organise activities which went on all through the day both for adults and children. However these did not impinge on those who did not want to participate. We had hired a car but it would have been necessary to have taken a taxi or caught a bus to go to shops or visit restaurants or clubs if you didn't have a car of your own to use. There were trips available to be booked from the Hotel. There was plenty going on at the Hotel if you did not want to sight see, however. The staff were pleasant and helpful, speaking several foreign languages. The breakfasts were excellent; we didn't try the evening meals or lunches. Drinks at the bar were quite expensive. Generally, it was an extremely pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

“Great Stay!”

I had a great short break at this hotel and was upgraded to a suite. Could not fault the service at the hotel.

“Get a Hire Car”

The hotel is a 2-3 of kilometres north of Protaras and is relatively isolated on a quiet sheltered bay next to the fishing shelter. Service good, the hotel facilities are good, meals were adequate, nice breakfast outside, lunch by the pool expensive, dinner expensive and not that good. Not too many places open nearby offering alternative dining but it was October. Nice pool, plenty of sunbeds, the adjacent sheltered beach was great for swimming. I would reccomend bed and breakfast as long as you hire a car to give you more choice of restaurants at night. Taxis into Protaras are expensive 8 to 10 euros and Agia Nappa 15 to 20 euros or there are infrequent buses. A couple of weddings to watch most days. All in all I enjoyed staying there and would probably go again.

“Pleasant Hotel”

After reading the poor review on this hotel after I had booked it, I was a little worried. However I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and staff. The room was very good value for money and kept clean throughout our stay. Staff were helpful and taxis to Protaras and Ayia Nappa were good value. The only problem I had was that although I was under the impression it had it's own beach - it was in fact a public beach which you had to pay to use the sunbeds, umbrellas, etc. We were not staying all inclusive so just had lunch there - simple good value food, but nothing exciting. All in all, a very good 'quiet' base to explore Protaras and Ayia Nappa.

“Beautiful Hotel”

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel apart from the hard beds. All staff seemed helpful and polite. A perfect hotel for families and couples.

“Great Hotel, a bit to isolated”

This Hotel is placed in great place, by the beach, yet difficult to find by car (we had to ask several locals regarding directions). The amenities are above and beyond average, and the food is good. Staff members are typically foreigners (something like Carnival Cruise line) well trained, polite and helpful. I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and the price was reasonable. They have unnumbered activities scheduled everyday, the seawater is crystal clear and the hotel pool is amazing. I may be a bit excited because was an excellent trip.
