“Overpriced and not worth the money”
I was looking for the best 5 star experience in Agia Napa area and this came up as one of the best options. While the hotel has the 5 star facilities that you'd expect, the overall impression and experience is not a 5 star one. The rooms are not something you'd think would be in a 5 star hotel. Somewhat very normal and tourist like. Also we had a "garden view" room, which was located directly to the back entrance of the hotel with the constant activity and noises that comes along with that. Also there were very noisy installations outside, which didn't exactly make it a joy to sit on the balkony and relax. Finally I had one very bad experience with the hotel after my checkout. Unfortuantely I left something important in the safetybox in the hotel room, which I then called the hotel afterwards to check that they had it prior to collecting it. They staff was not very helpfull and insisted that my belongings wheren't there when they emptied the safetybox. First after several calls I asked for the manager and suddenly my things "showed up" shortly after...
