Crystal Springs Beach Hotel offers 125 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars and safes. Rooms open to balconies. Televisions come with premium satellite channels.
Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Rooms are equipped with Internet access (surcharge). Irons/ironing boards, extra towels/bedding, and wake-up calls can be requested. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in May 2010.

“This is not a 4* hotel, no surrounding facilities in walking distance & the beach is tiny!!!!”
We were very disappointed with many points of this hotel. We travelled with 2 adults & kids 10 &15. Having stayed in many hotels world-wide our immediate impression was it was more of a low 3* rating. There were no restaurants within walking distance. The sporting facilities were well below par of that of a 4* hotel. Although there was a beach, if there were more than 10 people on it, it was crowded. We never managed to get a sun lounger ANY day & visited family at a neighbouring 4* hotel that was cheaper & MUCH better facilities/decor/location. All that said, the food was OK, staff friendly & helpful.

The hotel is beautifully set out with luxurious landscaping planted out with a riot of color, the gardens are terraced down to the beach with plenty of loungers on each level. The pool is large and very clean and the bar beside offers large measures of both drink and delicious food as good quality as any restaurant in the resort. We were half board so only ate in the restaurant on the first night but the buffet was exceptional with a large variety of tasty food and freshly prepared salads, breakfast's were of the same quality with even chocolate croissants being baked and served straight away while they are hot. The rooms are very bright and airy with wide sliding doors and comfy beds and are cleaned to a high standard daily. With the wonderfull climate the air conditioning is a boon and makes it comfortable to sleep at night. The staff at the hotel are a mix of Cypriot, and European all speaking very good English and are friendly and accomodating. There is not much to do locally but Protaras itself is only a five minute bus ride away which is a half hourly service during the day, hourly after midnight right through the night. On the whole we enjoyed ourselves tremendously having a lovely stress free week and would recommend this Hotel to anyone wholeheartedly.

Friendly and courteous staff who actaully made an effort. Hotel had an easy going atmosphere, was quite well looked after and everything worked as it should. In my expeience this is a rarity in Europe without spending squillions. My kids liked it, especially the bunk beds in the room, we would definity go back
“Strandhotel Crystal Springs, schönes Hotel an herrlicher Mini-Bucht”
Wir waren leider nur zwei Tage in Crystal Springs, da wir eine Inselrundfahrt tätigten. Diese zwei Tage waren der luxeriöse Highlight des Urlaubes. Entspannung pur an einer Mini-Bucht mit glasklaren und ruhigem Wasser. Schnorcheln und Schwimmen kein Problem. Das Crystals Springs scheint neu renoviert, farblich etwas gewagt, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Das Abendessen war köstlich und abwechslungsreich. Frühstück etwas britisch gehalten, aber man konnte trotzdem etwas Passendes finden. Die Animation schön zurückhaltend, aber wer wollte trotzdem vorhanden. Falls wir nochmals nach Zypern fliegen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder Crystal Springs.
