“Nice Hotel”

No complaints about the hotel services or cleanliness. However there are not a whole lot of stuff to do or places to go eat in the near vicinity of the hotel location.

“Satisfying hotel with nice Banglows”

The hotel was nice as well as most of the staff but not all of them. There was a receptionist and she wasn't really a delight but the rest were nice people. The problem is that there is no room service after 9 so if I need to order something, I simply can't. Another thing is thing is that there is no fridge in the room and to have one you have to rent it from reception which wasn't available as well so I stayed the whole week without a fridge. The room was really nice though and the hotel in general was satisfying. I hope that the receptionists have an idea about touristic places to visit as they told us to go to a travel agency to ask there. That's how I found the hotel. It was a nice trip. I enjoyed it.

“Nice hotel, lousy food, a bit out of the way”

The buildins were fine and it was very friendly on the whole. The food was terrible, although the breakfast was OK. A pleasant bar, and helpful receptionists. Cost 7 euros to go to the nearest taverna which was very basic but OK It was the middle of january of course Very reasonable

“clean but far from many things”

it depends on the room you take, the first was great, while the second was bad. it is very clean, the food is ok, and the people are nice the main problem is the distance to larnaca, need a bus for .75 cent or a taxi for 5 cyprus pounds, which is too expensive. there are shops that you can walk to for 15-20 min, but still far from a good beach, except for other private hotel beaches i will perhaps stay in it again because the rooms are large and clean, quite....but must rent a car.

“henipa cyprus”

very basic hotel. a short walk(10-15 mins) to restaurants and a bus ride into town. breakfast was basic with instant scrambled eggs and overcook hams; the bread was fresh and tasty.

“Good Service, Poor Quality”

The staff at the hotel were very nice and I could tell that they wanted to help. However, we found the hotel to be not maintained very well. Everything inside (except for the entry way/bar area) is quite old and needs to be redone. The food was quite boring and really not of any great quality. Our room was clean, but again, everything inside was quite old. Our AC never worked the entire we were there. In addition, we were under the impression that we were close to some of the nicer beaches, but that was not true. We had take a bus for at least 15 mins. every time we wanted to swim etc. Even though the cost was not incredibly high, we were disappointed in how old and tired everything looked.

“Hotel fine, just let down by the food!”

I have stayed in far superior hotels but considering what I paid,I would say it is average at best. The rooms are fine, very clean, good air con & the maid service is good. Facilities are ok, the front desk staff are both helpful & friendly. What lets it down is the food & the chefs. Breakfast is the same stuff everyday, no variety & poor quality. Lunch which I ordered around the pool from the bar menu was better but nothing spectacular & I ate out in the evening's. If you want a hotel that's middle of the road & not too pricey, then it's fine.

“Hotel great but the rooms are very basic indeed”

I would recommend this hotel if your not spending a lot of time in your room... There is no Tea or Coffee making facilities, Not many TV channels to watch let alone any Satalite channels. Bathroom is basic along with the room facilities. However the hotel itself is nice, the pool is clean the staff are freindly and chatty, the food good.... location OK It was just the room that lets this hotel down and if it had a referb I would go back.
