“Not Impressed”

Staff not really very helpful I am sure they didnt even know we only stayed two nights, could not spend anymore time there, very depressing. The hotel and surrounding area was very shabby and worn out, not really sure what the so called breakfast was about. When asked if there was a local map available was told to go to the tourist information office in Larnaca and then ignored. Would suggest if looking for a good holiday don't choose this place.

“Cheap and relatively cheerful”

The hotel was the cheapest we could find, so we weren't expecting anything too flash. That said, the place was probably a bit better than expected. We only really have two problems with the hotel. The first was that being non-smokers we found the ever present smell of stale smoke a little hard to take. The other was that the beds were VERY firm and just about cripled us. At breakfast the other guests didn't seem to be sufferening as we were, so it may just be us. If you have no problems with a firm bed, I wouldn't let this put you off. Breakfast, included in the price, was very basic, but adequate. All in all, the hotel wasn't bad, but definitely one for people a little younger and more adventurous than we are.

“Schalker sind überall”

Für ein Wochenendeoder wie wir als Schalker die wegen dem Fussball für 7 Tage in das Hotel sind ok, aber mit Frau würde ich dort kein Urlaub machen. Bar hat 24 Stunden auf, das kann gut sein.... Ins Zentrum und Strand ca. 2 KM am Strand entlang. Allerdings auch hinter dem Fischerhafen Strand möglich. Dort ca. 300 Meter. Zentrum aber schöner. Ohne Badeschuhe wäre ich nicht in die Dusche. Vorhang haben wir zur Seite geschoben um diesen nicht zu berühren. Duschhandtuch lag 3 Tage auf dem Boden und wurde nicht gewechselt. Bei Bekannten kam Putzfrau erst nach 2 Tagen. Andere Bekannte wurden (zum Glück) wegen angeblicher Überfüllung (nie im Leben) ins Flamingo umquartiert. Dieses war deutlich besser (hat 3 Sterne). Ob das Hotel überhaupt weiss, dass es im Keller auch WC gibt......und evtl. mal geputzt werden könnte???!!!!! Das Frühstück ist schnell geschrieben. PULVERkaffee, Toastmaschine, harte Eier, 2 Sorten Wurst (immer die Gleiche). Aber für uns war es echt ok, da wir dort nur ein paar Stunden die Nacht geschlafen haben. Die Sauna und Fitnessraum haben wie in der Beschreibung gefehlt!!!

“Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis”

für einen Kurztipp gut zu empfehlen, nicht jedoch für einen längeren Aufenthalt - nach Larnaca - Zentrum braucht man ca. 10min. jedoch teilweise kein Gehsteig für Fußgänger und reger Autoverkehr. Frühstück ist für südliche Länder zufriedenstellend. Nettes Personal, keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung.
