“Good stay”
I had a lovely week in this hotel.It was nice to wake up to a sunny sky and the view of the blue sea.I was happy with the room,the pillows weren't that comfortable,the bed by the second day it wasn't too bad.Breakfast it was ok,for a five star hotel could've been more exciting .Is a shame that the last day when we were to check out ,we were told to pay "again"for the safe that we pay the second day we got there.A mistake from a member of staff,that the manager wouldn't accept that it was her fault, and we been force to pay again.It was a shame I was very upset about the situation on my last day there.Over all is not to bad,but I personally would rate this hotel 4*.
“Quiet relaxing holiday”
After booking Adams Beach Hotel, we read some of the reviews and after our stay there, can't believe it was the same hotel. The public areas were constantly being cleaned and our room was always spotless. Providing we put the sign on our door it was always serviced by mid to late morning. There were plenty of sunbeds and no rush to reserve them. We preferred to use the 'private' beach and the shore line was cleaned every morning. There was a great gym which we made good use of. The equipment was easy to use, although most of the machines were overdue for a service, according to the labels on them. Our booking was for bed and breakfast and the breakfast buffet provided a large choice, with some of it being cooked to order. We would have preferred there to have been a bigger choice of fresh seasonal fruit. We had a hire car and there was ample car parking. We drove to many restaurants in the villages, but several times walked to Agrotikon restaurant just along the road near Makronissos Beach. It was excellent. We have had many holidays in Cyprus but not stayed in a hotel there for a number of years. It was a good experience and we would not hesitate to book again.
“Not a 5* Hotel”
Adams Beach Hotel is a at a very good location. Breakfast is also very good (haven't tried other meals in the hotel). However, rooms are too small and the furniture wouldn't rank the hotel past 3* in other countries. I am very surprised this hotel is ranked 5*. Service is not great. I asked to change my room and had to wait in the reception for 15 minutes before getting a "No" reply!!! They promised to look at my request the following morning, but I got a second "No" reply. The hotel corridors are not air conditioned, which is really tough in hot summer days! Overall, great location but very high price for the hotel condition.

“Adams Beach - Cyprus at its Best”
Aside from a snooty reception clerk, hotel is superb. Priced the same as other upscale Agia Napa hotels, it is in fact a much better buy. It is family oriented, with a lot of organized activities for kids, and so does not have the greaseballs who tend to flock to a lot of other Agia Napa hotels. Location a bit out of the center, although there are buses into center. Food good. Nice pool and water slides. They charge too much for internet and they charge if you use their refrigerator to keep your own food. Facilities in general wonderful. No concierge at all was on duty. All in all, probably the best deal in Agia Napa
“Never Again”
The worst I have ever encountered and it is rated as 5 stars hotel?? I have stayed in much better 3 stars hotels around the world far better than this Adams Beach Hotel. There is no service, quality of food is nil and the room is not even cleaned everyday.
“Nice place, perfect location, clean, great!”
This is a great place to stay. It is right on Nissi Beach, which is one of the best beaches in the world in my opinion. It has a great swimming pools as well. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly. Only one issue, the mini bar was not full when we checked in and they wanted to charge us for water which we didn't take. Other than that, it was great! I would stay here again. Can't get better.
