Great staff
The service from ALL staff was amazing! Niko one of the staff was fantastic and treated us well, we had an issue with our room and he sorted in 2 minutes. The pool was great overall if you are staying is Larissa choose here

Our stay began when we arrived at 2am due to delayed flights. From the moment we stepped foot on the property until the minute we left we were treated with such warmth and hospitality. The team went out of their way to assist us with every need. The hotel is in an easy to access location with a 6 euro taxi ride in to town. The pool area was a lovely setting for breakfast and afternoon drinks. As a family of four, we had connecting rooms that were spotless and comfortable. All in all a great stay while visiting Larissa

Great Hotel!!!
Absolutely unique hotel. Great facilities, breakfast and restaurant hall is beautiful, no wine for breakfast,but that is not a wine country. One drawback that our room ( budget traveller) was a bit small like you are in French hotel. Wellness facilities and pool are exceptional. Good Job!!!

Very good gym facilities, just a shame they are only open from 1pm and also closed on a Sunday. Hotel breakfast was good and loved the fact that it was varied slightly each day.

Very very disappointed hotel
This is first time for me to write a bad review. The hotel is not a 5stara hotel. The lobby,the spa and the bar are well designed and maintained. The dining room is reasonable and the food the same.(although we got one day a croissant from the week before). The architect and the interior designer “forgot”one “minor”.thing. That the visitors have to sleep - and good.The rooms (at least our 322) are very small,decorated with flea market furniture (part are in bad condition).The wall paper is separeted from the wall in some places. The sliding door of the closet need a strong person to move (one of them fell into the closet). The electricity sockets are the table10 cm Obote floor. There is only one side table near the beds. The lights are very old and one didn’t work. The room is not more than 2 or 3 stars grade. The power of the shower was great. The room was clean. One more thing: please teach the staff (mainly men) to use deodorant.

The hotel lobby was very fancy which made me think the hotel itself was very nice. The rooms themselves were a bit shabby and worn. We had a bad leak in our bathroom shower that you could tell had been going on for awhile; the wall outside the bathroom was warped and the wallpaper was damp. The water leaked under the floor and created large puddles in the doorway of the room. You could tell the problem was persistent but the staff seemed surprised by it. At first the management said they had no other rooms available, but when they saw the extent of the leak and the damage to the wall they found us another room. The shower door leaked badly in that room, but at least it was contained to the bathroom floor. The staff was very helpful though in getting taxis for us and also suggesting places to eat in Larissa. The breakfast was good and there was lots of variety. Please note that this hotel is far from the city center and unless you have a car you will need to hire a taxt to get into town.

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Amazing buffet breakfast served outdoors by pool or in interior atrium. Great pool and bar. Large free parking. Spa and fitness area were closed most of August and pool opens at noon every day. There is public transportation across street to city center if someone wants that option. There is a supermarket, bakery, and a few restaurants in a public square within a short walk. Suburban and safe setting.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff
My mum and I stayed here for a week and we cannot stop talking about how pleased we are with the experience. We were always surprised with lovely gestures from the staff. For example, we were given flowers as a gift from a family member that we left on the table and the staff kindly placed these in water for us without us needing to ask. It was clean and spacious. The hotel is only a 20 minute drive from the city centre. The pool was clean and the staff were very attentive, topping up ice water when needed. The service at this hotel was excellent! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and were generous with their time and advice. I would recommend this hotel.

Outstanding hotel. Dinner was a 5 star experience. Breakfast had so many selections. The staff was friendly and very professional. Great location away from traffic but only minutes to center. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer.

We were a bit disappointed to find that the Spa and gym are closed on Sundays and they open only after 13:00 during weekdays. The room doesn't have some basic amenities, e.g. coffee maker but overall it was comfortable. The lobby and the breakfast were very nice. The hotel is outside the town so not ideal without car.

Great hotel just out of Larissa
We were pleased this hotel was just out of town (not by much) as it meant there was good parking & it was quieter at night. The room was fantastic, great size with a little balcony. We enjoyed the indoor pool on our first night and even spent some time in the sauna. The outdoor pool was also great and the perfect cool off at the end of the day. We had to head in to town to get some laundry done & it was easy to get in & out. The only very minor complaint was that we spent 1 day hiking up Mount Olympus and on our return found the cleaners had not provided us shower gel, shampoo or conditioner. We were both incredibly hot and sweaty after a 12k hike and really wanted a cool shower and rang down to reception to ask for these to be brought up to is, it took about 20 mins for them to be brought up and by that time we'd just showered anyway cause we were so hot. But this is a minor complaint as overall the staff were fantastic & very helpful. The meals at this hotel are great and the breakfast was fantastic. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

A pleasant stay at Larisa
I stayed at the hotel for one night. Porter ,receptionist were pleasant, the receptionist gave us all necessary pieces of information about the hotel and the town. The pool should be cleaner. The hotel has got a nice spa center which can be used by the guests. Breakfast was rich.

Good hotel in the wrong location.
Nice hotel in what looked like a dodgy part of town. Room was very comfortable but hot as it faced west but we were not able to turn the air cond on which meant we had to open the door to let some cool air in, as well as the local insects. Food was very nice and staff vey pleasant. Shame the pool was covered in scum!!!

Plus is the pool and the breakfast by the pool. Minus is that they don't offer ouzo or tsipouro with ouzo's meze by the pool... Comment: The hotel is on the outskirts of Larissa and the use of a car is more than needed....

beautiful hotel and short drive to the main restaurant district. We enjoyed our room and our stay but you will have to leave the hotel for great dinner and pool opens at noon. Completely recommend this hotel and had a nice time. Service was wonderful!

For business this is a good hotel, if you only want spa/pool also good but there is nothing much around the hotel so feel a bit disconnected from the community. Restaurant menu limited and it would have been nice to have coffee making options in the room. I was happy to be given a room with a balcony but .... because of a massive sign/structure across the full length of the balcony I had no view at all. Would stay again but not in that room.

Great Hotel in Larissa
We enjoyed our stay at this nice hotel in the heart of Greece in August. We especially enjoyed the excellent service from our Bartender/Pool manager named Panagiotis. He made us feel very welcome and gave us some of the best service I have had in ANY hotel I have stayed at. He makes a really great Cosmopolitan cocktail. Just ask him for his special Cosmo!!
