The Shower was not clean at all, I complained the following morning, Left for the day only to return to a dirty Show that hadn't been cleaned in a long time! The bed was a cheap motel 6 matrass!

Property is well kept and its location it’s prime for shopping and gathering with family in the many restaurants close by. Staff was great but unfortunately they would be distracted with their phone; had to wait to be acknowledged. Not terribly bad but needs to be addressed for a hotel of this level. The property makes up for the service. Will stay again!

As soon as I set my stuff down we saw a little cockroach on the wall, but everything else has been good so far. Elevators are also out of order.

Al momentos me hacer el check in nadie me dijo que si quería que hicieran la limpieza de mi cuarto la tenía que solicitar, por tal motivo cuando me enteré al día siguiente a las 11:30 am se negaron a hacerlo porque no lo solicité a pesar de que no me fue mencionado al hacer mi registro en el hotel, la verdad es que es la primera vez que en un hotel tengo que solicitar la limpieza, en todos los lugares que me he hospedado viene por defaul el que te han el cuarto si no pues no llegas a un hotel y no pagas por ello. En la primera habitación que tuvimos no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, no se podía regular la tempera. De las tres máquinas de hielos del hotel solamente funcionaba una. La bañera tenia unas marcas de suciedad que era muy desagradable.

It was a terrible customer service the girl at the front desk was rude and wantes to charge me more than what i had booked because the elevator was not working and in order for me to be on the aide of rhe elevator she wanted to over charged

It was under construction, but everything very well organized I liked the area.. coming from out of town just stopped to rest shower and took off . Wish we could’ve stayed longer..

The Hotel was under construction and we were not advised. The drapes were not installed they were on the bed and couch. Dishes were still in the dishwasher. There were not enough towels. There was no shampoo. Ice machines not working. We needed to get it from the kitchen. We were in the 3rd floor. Would like a discount

Meh.
The staff are amazing… but they’re dealing with a trash situation. Renovations are messing up this place. The halls are falling apart, the dust is everywhere , and the AC isn’t working. As far as the room goes, it was fine. No issues.

Horrible experience
The hotel was under construction and we were not advised. The wall paper from the walls was hanging. The ac vents were in the floor, the room numbers were on the floor. There was no toilet paper or towels in the room. The hallways and elevators were extremely hot. It was a disaster. We couldn’t get a refund because we booked through a third party. We feel cheated out of our money. Horrible experience. Didn’t expect this from a hotel chain such as this kne.

Homewood needs to do better
Bathrooms had hair from previous customers, suite only had 2 towels. Took hours to get more towels, house keeping never showed up even after requesting house keeping.

This place could be a 5 ⭐️ The property it self it’s beautiful, well designed but it needs a TLC overall. Carpets in halls are extremely duty it will take the rest seem less The rooms are fresh n clean, bedding very comfortable Some management on housekeeping needs to pay attention to clean hall floors.

Breakfast was limited to bread, some fruit and waffle dough the morning of our stay due to "staffing issues". They didn't even made an effort to pull out the plates and utensils from the buffet area cabinets. My wife ended up doing that so our kids could have somewhere to place their waffles. The closet sliding doors on one of our rooms were not working. When I tried to open them they almost felt on my feet. I could reposition them and fixed the problem for the next guest.

Really needs a good updating from top to bottom
The property is in need of serious updating. Carpets on the stairs are ripped. Elevator panels are damaged and in some places the call button were pushed in passed the wall surface. Ice machines on all 3 floors were unplugged and pulled away from the wall. Even if in the process of replacing maybe leave one working. Areas around the entry doorway were littered with debris & trash. Shower door leaked and mattress was well past its prime. There were signs posted that they were updating the hotel but not sure where, Poor Homewood it used to be a nice hotel.

Nice but showing wear & Tear
The Homewood suites was a very nice and clean establishment. starting to show some wear and tear. ice machines were not operatable on 3rd and 1st floor. King size bed (mattress) had some wear to it. over all experience was excellent.. will continue to stay at this facility.

We couldn't take shower because there was not hot water. The issue never was resolve and not other actions were taken. We are a family of 5 and in the 2 days we were there could shower. 1 night only.

The property was under substantial construction and renovation. It needs it. They are not planning for mishaps like the electricity was out in the breakfast area and the only thing available was coffee. Breakfast is included in the price; however, they do not provide other options for breakfast when the electricity is off. There are other options to show customers you care. Staff was helpful at check-in but there was no one available to provide help. We found ants on the table in the kitchen area of the room. There were many missed opportunities to provide customers good services under the circumstances.
