“Gross”

Hotel was not clean! Hair in the bathroom, shower etc. Did not want to walk around without shoes on. Will not stay here again.

“Clean one night stay”

Rooms open to the out of doors so that is what it is. Space in the room and bed was comfortable.

“Terrible experience”

1st room assigned was dirty & sheets were filthy. Maintence of facility --horrible. Door lock assembly did not work, Exterior paint & repair needed badly. Desk clerk was nonchalant when I told him of the issues -- just got me another room -- not apolgetic at all. Apparently desk clerk also monitored Bar- I got no answer when I called front desk to tell about conditions - had to load up all luggage & walk to check-in & ring a bell for service -I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

“Very run down, good people working at motel.”

Run down and needs alot of work to get it up to normal Ramada standards. Not a very clean facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not up to a good motel's standards.

Area recommendations

Grand Ave. near the University. Nicer area and closer to the main part of the action in town. Not much in the area of the Ramada except Motel 6 and a Flea Market.

“Dirty and run down”

Stained furniture, run down and outdated. Don't stay here.

“Not a Good Hotel!”

Advertised indoor swimming pool but the pool was very dirty. I have seen outdoor pools cleaner and it was very cold. My plan was to take my young child and I couldnt even stand the temp, let alone my little boy. The rooms were stained and dirty. The parking lot near our room was not accessable . It wasnt even under construction it was just closed off and we had to haul our stuff accross the entire hotel. The only positive was the front desk clerk was nice and cheerful.

“horrible”

I am astounded that Ramada allows their name to be associated with this property. This is by far the worst room I have ever booked and at the highest price. I am appalled that the management can call this a motel with a straight face. I've seen better crack houses.

“worst hotel in Laramie”

This hotel was terrible. We could not get into our room until 10:30 p.m. because the hotel manager did not have enough staffing to handle the room turn around time due to a football team staying there the day before.
