“Keep on driving !!!!”
The customer service from Natalie was great! She was the only positive assest the hotel had to offer. Our toilet was continously clogged and the hotel lobby's restrooms were closed. The room's heater was practically none existent and wind whistled thru the air conditioner where it had been attempted to be closed with duct tape. And to put the icing on the cake there was blood on our pillow. You could actually see where it had dried and hadn't been laundered. If I had to go back I would rather sleep in my car.
“Not bad for the money”
The room was clean and the location was convenient. I thought I had stepped back in time when I saw the TV. It was a 20 year old 19". I actually was kind of ammused. They did include a pretty good as (interstate hotels go) continental breakfast. It was honestly a little better than I expected.

I was completely dissatisfied with the hotel rooms I reserved the bathroom toilets had mold growing on it and there were old beer cans from the previous occupants in our windows. I would not recommend this hotel facility to anyone.

The lobby was nice. The lobby mens bathrooms light did not work, door coming off hinge and wall falling down. In our room the locks broken on doors.We slept with chairs against the doors. outlets did not work. No hot water in sink. The tub did not drain when taking a shower. Toilet with very little water in it and it was brown. Room not very dark due to gaps in doors and light coming thru. When we arrived our reservation had not arrived yet and we had to wait. Continental breakfast, cereal was stale. This hotel needs alot of improvements. Sheets and bedding were clean and the oriental lady at desk was very nice.
