“Poor Impression”

Our room was not ready for hours past the advertised check-in because previous guests had been permitted late check-out. We were not given prior notice of this and, as a result, were unable to prepare for the engagement which brought us to Laramie! Other guests so inconvenienced were offered complementary services - we were not. Their inconsiderate and prejudiced treatment of us was offensive. Check-in service was inadequate; there was a single clerk who was slow, a rush of guests trying to check in, and the single desk clerk also had to answer the phone.
