What can you say about the Pervanovo Apartments that has not already been said? Lovely, well equipped apartment with everything you need - washing machine, wi-fi connection, air con, etc. We arrived early and this was no problem to Meerija, the manager, who was more than helpful in settling us in and spent time advising us of the amenities nearby, how to get to the Old Town, etc. As we were on the second floor, the views of the Adriatic were amazing. The beach was less than 10 Minutes walk and the Old Town a 20 minute bus ride. I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are visiting Dubrovnik.

Although rather hilly (like most of Dubrovnik) the location is excellent - a few minutes walk to the pedestrian area of bars, restaurants and shops which are the resort's main tourist facilities and 10 minutes walk to the beaches. Easy bus ride to the beautiful old city.
The appartment is in an area with plenty of local "buzz" but it feels very safe and there is no intrusive noise.
Excellent air con (essential), good wifi connection and spacious. Spotlessly clean. A few very small additons to the equipment would make it even better - some larger drinking glasses and a jug or similar (some Brits like to make tea !).
Our only criticism was that we could not find an English language tv channel.

Without doubt in my 54 years on the planet this is without doubt the best hotel I and my partner have ever stayed at. The location is not the best in Dubrovnik but within its its walls and you are in another world. Its a small hotel with a limited number of rooms, but it is spotless quiet and with all mod cons you would expect with 5 stars (these are deserved). The pool area is private and is never crowded. The staff are attentive but not intrusive and will go that extra mile to help guide and assist.
The breakfast is wonderful and having tried numerous locations in the area for evening meal, we found no where better to eat than the hotel itself.
What more can I say, I would and will recommend this hotel to family friends and anyone intent on a break away from it in a wonderful hotel in a lovely country with friendly people......5 Stars
Are we glad we spent 2 weeks at this hotel.....................................................................................

From the moment we were dropped off at the hotel we were looked after. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was superb & the local bus to Dubrovnik called at the hotel every 15 minutes. Our room was spacious & comfortable with a balcony and beautiful views of the sea & coastline. The rooms were kept clean & tidy with fresh towels daily. There was a beautiful pool area & pool bar & there were ample beds available. Although there was no beach we were able to go swimming in the sea off the rocks. On the top floor there was a beautiful indoor pool area with a spa. There was plenty of choice for the breakfast buffet. The hotel restaurants offered a great choice of food and the sunset bar was a lovely setting & great place to end off the night!
We should have been staying for 2 weeks but unfortunately we had a bereavement in the family & had to fly home early. The hotel had a guest relations officer who organised our flight home and made our nightmare bearable. We have nothing but praise for the way we were treated by the hotel staff.

Buses ran to Dubrovnik every 15 mins just outside the hotel so we were conveniently situated without the disadvantages of being inside the city which could be very busy. We were close to beaches and places of interest. We bought a Dubrovnik card which allowed us to travel freely to and from the city and its immediate environs and gave us free access to several places of interest plus a discount on meals at certain places. The hotel staff were very efficient and helpful and became our first point of enquiry when we planned a day out. The hotel itself was very well equipped and comfortable. Altogether a very enjoyable experience and somewhere we would return to.

Very good but directions might help other travellers. The property is on Uz Giman. This is a set of steps going down the side of a hill. You can't drive to the front door. The approach is via a road called "Dalmatinska". Cars have to be left on this road.

Small and friendly hotel which seems to be family run. Always greeted with a smile and friendly chat. Room basic but spotless. No pool, but you are only 50 metres from the beach, which is set in a beautiful bay. Like most in Croatia it has pebbles not sand, but crystal clear water and sunloungers for c£4 a day.

The rooms were pleasant and comfortable and the service we received absolutely made the holiday, all the staff from the main reception all the way down to the chambermaids were friendly, chatty and most helpful in making our stay a good one. The morning breakfast was varied by it's choice and quality and always gave us a great start to the day. Dubrovnik itself is one of the most delightful places that I have visited, the people, the sites and the restaurants with it's amazing fish dishes and service were first rate. Certainly worth another visit at a later date.

Really helpful staff with perfect English who explain where to get the bus outside into town. Bus goes every 20 mins and takes 10mins to get to the Pile Gate at the old town. Bus costs 12 kuna each way, hotel will sell you the bus tickets and it's cheaper than paying on the bus. Breakfast good and lovely setting overlooking the bay.
