Not foriegn friendly
The outside of the hotel is scary. It looks abandonded. But the inside lobby is nice. The problem is that they do not take international credit cards for payment. We did not have enough cash and the airport does not have an ATM that works with international cards either. We had to borrow money from a Chinese friend to pay. If the friend was not there we would be stuck. The hotel staff speak no English.
