Pros: all areas of hotel
Cons: none
Location: in a great location ten minutes from playa blanca prom walking and free bus to playa dorada
hotel excellent for 3*. staff very friendly and helpfull. in a supberb location, ten mins from prom and ferry to futurventura. rooms very clean. i like a soft mattress but thats not their fault. food was plentiful and very nice. facilities were great, lots to do. pool area great. liked all the cumfy couches and it was very friendly and had a supberb atmostphere! we will certainly go again and can't wait to do so! there were a lot of tours at reception on offer and we enjoyed the ones we went on. had free bus down to dorada beach and they did packed lunches if you asked to take out! great for families couples, lots to do for the children like entertainment room and staff, games room and also pool table, table tennis, footie etc outside. we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday with plenty to do yet so relaxing!

Pros: The weather
Cons: Cleanliness and quality of food.
Location: Close to the town, and hotel put on a bus to the beach 5 times a day
The adage 'you get what you pay for' was seemingly invented for this hotel. I got a decent deal on this "3 star" for all-inclusive but was none the less wary given reviews on here and just the simple fact it was so cheap and only a 3 star. So how much bang do you get for your buck? Well, the food was alright, not great, but alright. Sure, like any AI, the buffet style gets a bit repetitive, but I was always able to find food to satisfy. The pizzeria in the hotel provides a nice change up of food if you get sick of the buffet, but the service can be pretty slow. The rooms are superficially cleaned, but there were any number of cob webs, orangey grout and ants festooning my walls, not to mention the rusty bed with basic mattress. That being said, the air con in my room worked a treat and the fairly private patio I had was nice if i wanted a break from the pool area. The pools at the hotel are unsurprisingly, the focal point for most guests, but there was never any problem getting a lounger and there didn't seem to be too much of the 'claiming' first thing in the morning nonsense. It was good to see staff cleaning the pool and the surrounding areas at night and in the morning. I spoke to one couple who had been sold the hotel as a 4 star plus. Please be clear, this is only just about a 3 star. The hotel is located pretty close to the nearby town, where there are any number of decent and pretty cheap food and drink outlets should you fancy a trip out of the hotel.
