“sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe der wunderbaren Papagayo-Strände”

helle, große Zimmer mit Meerblick, Frühstück sehr gut, große Anlage mit mehreren Pools und direktem Zugang zur Strandpromenade, die zu den Stränden und der Marina Rubicon führt.

“HOTEL BELLO MA PERIFERICO, SPIAGGIA INESISTENTE,”

Hotel troppo periferico, spiaggia inesistente, vento triestino perenne, cucina troppo anglo-tedesca (pasta off limit per italiani...). Camera ampia e accogliente. Piscine curate. Staff cortese. Sconsigliato per bimbi.

Area recommendations

Consigliamo di cenare al ristorante italiano AFRODITE a Marina Rubicon. Inoltre, Playa Blanca, che si trova a circa 10 minuti di macchina dall'hotel.

“Dream Gran Castillo: Hotel de lujo pero calidad dispar”

Estuvimos pasando 4 días en Abril en el Dream Gran Castillo, en régimen de Media Pensión, 2 adultos y 1 bebé de 1 año. Lo que más merece la pena destacar son las habitaciones. Nuestra habitación (normal) era muy grande, prácticamente una suite, con un baño amplio y cómodo y una salita independiente, con terraza y buenas vistas al mar. Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel. Las zonas comunes son buenas, con varias piscinas y zonas de tumbonas. Algo más "prietas" que en otros hoteles de calidad similar pero en ningún momento daba sensación de agobio. La playa del hotel no es tal, hay que conducir varios kilómetros para una playa medianamente buena. Lo peor, y que choca con la calidad que se espera de un hotel de 5 estrellas, fue la calidad de la comida. El buffet de desayuno y, sobre todo, de cena eran de mala calidad, tanto por la variedad de la comida como por la calidad (los zumos no eran naturales, la pastelería mala, el marisco viejo...). Tenía un formato demasiado "Todo Incluido" de baja calidad. Preferiría que me cobraran algo más pero fuera más selecto. Un día comimos en el Restaurante Lancelot y la comida fue mucho mejor, más alineada con nuestras expectativas. En conjunto, un buen hotel que recomendaríamos y repitiríamos... eso sí, nunca en formato Todo Incluido o Media Pensión. Merece la pena comer o cenar en sitios cercanos, que hay muchos, muy agradables y bien de precio!

Dining

El restaurante buffet es malo, con mala comida y un ambiente demasiado "Todo Incluido". Recomiendo optar por alojamiento y desayuno y comer fuera del hotel. Es mejor de precio y más agradable... y de mejor calidad!
