Great service on arrival Lovely room, very comfortable, excellent facilities ! Good selection of restaurants, with friendly staff. Make sure you put your 'do not disturb' sign on the door unless you want to be woken up incredibly early from house keeping ! Overall a great Hotel and I would definitely go back again !

Pros: The cocktail bar is great . Staff fab . Hotel very clean rooms/ suites are nicely appointed.
Cons: It was just the two of us and I know you cater extremely well for children . But couples don't really want to hear baby's / children crying at night.
Location: Fab rubicon marina with great bars and resturants.
Very relaxing and comftable stay . Very central location and the walk either way along the coast is fab.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location!

Pros: Everything. Provision for kids and families was great.
Cons: Sun beds in the top pool were in short supply some days, especially when people ignored the rules on reserving sun beds with their towels.
Location: Central to everything - beach, marina and town centre. Great places to eat literally 20 mins stroll away.
We booked a pick up from the airport through the hotel and were greeted at the arrivals hall by our driver who was very friendly and smart and had the car waiting outside with the car seats installed for the kids already...that was just the start of it really! When we arrived the kids were met at the hotel entrance by Kiko (the resident kids entertainer) and we were greeted with a glass of bubbly while we were checked in. This is a great hotel with very very good facilities and in an excellent location in the centre of Playa Blanca, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The staff cannot do enough for you and are always on hand to help. The rooms are very well appointed, clean and spacious. I will definitely be returning to this hotel again!

luxurious hotel in good location

Posted 19-Jul-2014
Pros: Location of hotel- close to all resort amenities Luxurious d├ęcor in hotel and room facilities Attention to detail from all staff
Cons: Hotel could do more to stop reservation of then unused sun loungers- possibly issue date/time stamped tickets then remove unused possessions
Location: nice small beach next to hotel, get ferry for trip to Fuerteventura nearby, go on day trips such as "gran tour" of the island, or visit Timanfaya.
From initial check-in to checkout found all staff to be very professional and attentive. Interior of hotel was very attractively designed and decorated (especially main hotel foyer and piano bar area). I stayed in suite room (block C 5th floor) comprising of large lounge area and bathroom and more than adequate bedroom size. I had a balcony with view over pool and side view of sea (only negative here was palm tree in front of balcony partially obscuring my view) The hotel was ideally situated with a nice small beach directly opposite the hotel and an approximate 15 min walk in either direction would lead to the marina or the port area (for access to ferry to Fuerteventura) and many shops/eating places available on the way. I stayed at the hotel on a B & B basis only so can only comment on hotel breakfasts. Breakfasts were buffet style with numerous choices of food to suit all tastes and could be taken in 4 different areas (one was pre-bookable with a 3 euro surcharge per person). The hotel had 2 main pools and I used the larger seawater one. I always managed to get a sun lounger around the pool as I was by myself but it could be tricky and frequently towels were reserved on sun loungers for hours on end without people using them (british holiday makers were as guilty as other nationalities of doing this). I enjoyed hotel entertainment in 4 lunas bar and in the piano bar and also visited bars outside the hotel. Overall the hotel is a good choice for a pampering luxury break.

Princess Wonderful

Location: Close to the beach and the town but turn left out of the hotel and head for the marina rather than turn right.
A great all round hotel. Choice of three buffet restaurants provided great variety through the week. Kampai was a great experience through disappointed the chef was Chinese and not Japanese. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Facilities excellent. The one negative was the fellow British holidaymakers who were putting their towels on the sun beds before breakfast and then disappearing for the rest of the day. Would definitely go back and would also recommend to friends and family.

Great location, lovely resort, need to mobile as there is quite a lot of walking in this resort. Very good for families with kids, maybe not just so good for a quiet romantic break We will go back
