“Great Hotel a European five star”

The hotel is spacious and quite large for the number of rooms. It's location is great as quiet but close to the town and the beach. The restaurants (a la carte) were great especially the Itallian! The staff were really friendly and all spoke clear English the ones who didn't quickly found someone who understood your requests. Our suite was large but compared to modern hotels it is slightly dated unlike the rest of the hotel. The room also had a full sized fridge microwave and a selection of glasses which is great if you fancy a drink on the balcony! The improvements could be made around the pool the service was a lilttle like a bus there's never one when you want it so my advice would be to just go to the pool bar yourself it's quicker! The life guards/pool attendents are helpful but you need to ask if you don't ask you don't get and the sun umbrella's are very heavy! As a Mum and Daughter travelling alone we had a great time it we felt safe and relaxed at this hotel having a really relaxing holiday!

Area recommendations
Playa Blanca is very different to other places in Lanzarotte we found it less windy, very clean and well presented with a wide selection of bars shops and restaurants.
Family-friendly activities
This hotel was very family orientated wtih several activites for families even a special property nextdoor with a pool sun loungers a pool, children's entertainments team. While we were there they were running a soccer school. In the main hotel they have an indoor jungle gym for the children to check into high chairs are readily available and the staff are very accomodating.

“Tolles Urlaubshotel, passt einfach alles!”

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, tolles Ambient, sehr schöne Zimmer. Durch viele Restaurants eine große gastronomische Vielfalt. Alles sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliches Personal.

“Delante de la playa, bonito y confortable. Pero se ha de pedir vista al mar, no a piscina o jardín.”

Es un hotel muy lujoso y confortable delante de la playa, en la que el agua es limpia, la arena fina, y se pueden alquilar cómodas tumbonas y sombrillas. El personal es educadísimo. El desayuno es espléndido. El restaurante "Isla de lobos" es caro pero exquisito. Vale la pena. Para lo inmenso que es y la gran cantidad de gente que allí se aloja queda estéticamente muy bien integrado en el paisaje y está razonablemente tranquilo. El centro de salud dispone, entre otras cosas, de una piscina de chorros estupenda. La única pega es que sólo una selecta minoría de las habitaciones tienen lo que yo considero buena vista; la mayoría dan a piscinas multitudinarias o se ve el mar pero también los deslucidos terrenos colindantes. Me he quedado con las ganas de alojarme en una de las poquísimas suites con doble terraza desde las que se ve el mar frontalmente y la isla de Fuerteventura a lo lejos.

Area recommendations
Recomendaría alquilar un coche y disfrutar de las playas y de la ruta volcánica en Timanfaya (espectacular), los hervideros, Golfo, cueva de los verdes, jameos del agua, casa-fundación de César Manrique, puero Calero. Y seguro que muchas cosas más que no he podido ver. Creo que es un viaje genial para parejas y también para padres con hijos, pues la oferta turística es amena, original e interesante también para los pequeños.

“Ottimo servizio, posizione migliorabile”

Eccellente qualità del servizio, ristoranti a buffet pienamente soddisfacenti, qualità delle strutture notevole. La posizione risente un po' della della vicinanza con hotel rumoroso causa animazione notturna e di alcuni lavori in corso nella zona. Ombrelloni su spiaggia di fronte all'hotel non inclusi nel costo (9 euro/ giorno per 1 ombrellone + 2 sdraio). Nel complesso consigliabile
