“Good for the price.”

My 16 year old daughter and I stayed here for a week (18th Mar-25th Mar). There were only elderly people and young couples with small children at the hotel. Nothing in between. Hotel is fine. Clean. We had breakfast included but after 2 days opted to go to a coffee cafe close to the McDonalds. Fresh OJ, great espresso & croissants. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices just not what we like to eat. Pool area is very pretty but there are a lot of people at the pool. We rented bikes and rode to Punta del Carmen for sun. There is a great boardwalk from Arrecife to Punta del Carmen. There are plenty shops & restaurants in walking distance from hotel but still we found there to be more life in Puntal del Carmen. We rented a car and went to the other side of the island-Playa Blanca. DEFINITELY where we would stay if we were to ever go back. Much more beautiful and a "step up" in every respect. You would however have to rent car and drive there from the airport. We got a package deal with hotel & airfare. It was definitely worth the money spent.

“Cannot provide you with un iron but you can rent one for only £12!!!!”

Noisy, need to be very tired to ignore all the babies cry and the noise of the ongoing siesta... Food was very repetitive and boring for a week stay. The staff on the reseption was inadequate...very poor service, appart from one mature gentelmen who was always ready to assist In contrary some of the waiters in the restaurant was providing us with some friendly service as it SHOULD be.
