“Not impressed !”

Love Lanzerote but would never go back to these apartments. Typical case of take the profits but put no money into complex to make more comfortable for guests. Charged a lot for safety deposit box in an area which has high crime rate due to easy accessibilty to apartments which management do nothing about. Uncomfortable beds with plastic tatty covers on mattresses,Shower which is just a trickle and hot for 30 seconds only then goes completely cold. Very basic equipment in kitchen,bring your own toaster and microwave or get ripped off if you hire them! They also hire iron and ironing board seperately at a high cost. With all these additions you are better off staying at a more expensive complex e.g Sands resort in Costa Tequise which I would highly recommend. We did see lots of much better apartments in Puerto de Carmen too whilst out there. Will certainly research much better next time before booking.

“Very nice Location”

We stayed for a week at the start of March, the apartments were very nicely laid out and clean on arrival but I dont think the cleaners did a great deal during our time there, any food crumbs we dropped on the floor stayed there for the duration, but all in all they were nice appartments. The pool was too cold but cant exactly blame that on the hotel. It is in a very good location, about 2 mins walk from the sea front which is where all the shops are and where we spent most of our time walking, also a nice beach within 10 mins walk.

Traveller's tip
Last min travel are good for trips to the volcanoes and stuff, the South Tour is defiantly worthwhile. But make sure you know exactly where the pick up point is for each trip as they have different routes and 1 sales rep told us the complete wrong pick up point for 1 trip so we wasted 1 hour waiting for it, luckily we got a refund tho

GLI APPARTAMENTI SONO MOLTO SEMPLICI E NON DISPONGONO DI NESSUN COMFORT. SAREBBERO DA RISTRUTTURARE ALL'INTERNO XKE' DI VECCHIA STRUTTURA MA PER UN SOGGIORNO BREVE VANNO BENE. LA PULIZIA E' UN PO VANA, IL CAMBIO DEI LENZUOLI E' 1 VOLTA ALLA SETTIMANA E GLI ASCIUGAMANI LI CAMBIANO QUANDO UNO VUOLE TRANNE IL MARTEDI' E IL VENERDI' DOVE NON FANNO PULIZIE. “Oasis”

Verzorgd appartement.Ik vond het perfect voor een stel maar niet echt gezellig voor kinderen. De slaapkamer grensde aan een ander appartementen complex en daar kwam 's nachts veel herrie vandaan. Een aantal nachten heel slecht geslapen omdat er geen permanenten bewaking was. Zwembad was redelijk maar niet echt leuk voor kinderen. Voor een echtpaar is het een perfect appartement.
