Spa
Located along the beach of the Andaman Sea, the Heavenly Spa reflects nature's simple elegance with oceanfront views and white décor accented by dark woods and fresh plant cuttings. A mix of speciality rooms as well as a Turkish Hammam, pool, and Jacuzzi afford guests a wide variety of treatments including Indian Ayurveda.
The Heavenly Spa begins every session with their signature “serenity welcome” — a ritual massage of the face and scalp using aromatic oils. Ensuring each visit is as unique as the guest, the spa offers an assortment of customisable treatments including an array of massage forms, from traditional Malay to royal Thai.
Lulur Body Glow (120 minutes): MYR340
Using scrubs made from turmeric and ginger to exfoliate the skin and stimulate circulation, this treatment is inspired by the ancient beauty and bathing ceremonies practiced by Javanese women in royal palaces. A full-body, skin-softening milk mask cocoons the body to promote relaxation.
Renewal Body Ritual (90 minutes): MYR260
This three-in-one treatment comprises a chocolate massage scrub, body mask, and full-body massage. Rich antioxidants from the cocoa help nourish the skin while the fine granules gently scrub away impurities leaving a feeling of refreshment and renewal.
Kalari Marma Point Massage (60 minutes): MYR 240
According to the Ayurvedic system, the body is made of 107 marma points where energy is concentrated. Through light stimulation of these points, this energy is moved through the body helping to release any blockages and stored tension. Recommended for relieving stress, muscle pain, fatigue, and headaches.
Chinese Massage (60 minutes): MYR220
An oil-free massage designed to encourage circulation throughout the body and returning the body to balance. Using Tui Na techniques, this form of massage focuses on pressure points, body manipulation, and stretching to release toxins, loosen tight muscles, and leave a sense of wakefulness and renewal.
Salt Body Massage 60 minutes): MYR240
Rich sea salts containing trace elements including magnesium and potassium are blended with aromatherapy oils and applied to the entire body with gentle strokes. This massage provides the double benefit of cleansing the skin and relieving muscle spasms. This treatment provides of choice of three kinds of specific salts.

“Lovely views”
Just back had a a great time, staff very friendly, good location a number of shops nearby. Prices a little expensive but OK for 5 star hotel. Hired car via hotel no problems. Breakfast fantastic. Taxis very cheap, even booked via hotel. Two minor issues, rooms are getting tried. We had a late flight and used the hotels showers located in spa, the area was extremely hot, to the point you could not dry yourself. A very good hotel. Charlies at the marina 5 mins walk very good food along with Wonderland £1.50 taxi ride from hotel, great seafood and very cheap. Would use this hotel again.
“Chicago's Best Hote”
good
“Great experience”
5 Star all the way. It was not possible to find a fault with the Westin.
“Overall good, but some issues incommensurate with 5 star class”
Overall, this is a nice and luxurious hotel in a nice location. The room was comfortable, the service by the concierge regarding taxis and information was good, and nice area with some trees, birds and monkeys. The hotel is on the beach but parts are muddy. The hotel has some nice BMW and mini cars for rent - but they are quite expensive and we would recommend hiring a local taxi (4 hrs for RM100) as the money goes into the local economy. However: - Our room was not completely clean - on 3 occasions I found long black hairs in the bathroom and on linens that were not ours. - The in-room information says that an airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day. When I asked about this, I was told there was no such service and that the information in my room was "old". Now, one would expect that, in a hotel of this class, the service would continue until information withdrawn. - We used the free wifi in the lobby, but it was extremely slow and we needed to send a large document, so we connected to the paid broadband in the room for RM45, however, it was equally as slow as the free service. - The roof in the main restaurant was leaking water in at least two places. - When we got to the airport, there was a Westin lounge airside, which we had not been informed about. We took a day trip to the marine park for snorkelling with East Marine - just down the road at the Yacht Club - recommended. We would also recommend the Langkawi craft centre for good quality local handicrafts.
“relaxing hotel for honeymooners”
• Great location and atmosphere for honeymooners (not suitable for kids) • Over friendly & helpful staff • Magnificent spa • Beach and swimming pools are amazing • Restaurant was only good for breakfast • Bed was very comfortable • Room was spacious with a balcony (but beware of monkeys, lizards and insects) • (open) • Fabulous toiletries • Glass door from shower drips onto the bathroom floor and it is located at the entrance of the bathroom (so put on your wellies going into the bathroom) • Internet is free only in the Lobby (open) but it’s very hot in the summer Not enough seating areas in the lobby & complimentary flavored water very refreshing • The layout of the hotel is very annoying (can get lost walking through various hallways to reach the main areas). • Great place to stay about 5 minutes from the jetty • Great value for money – will return here
“Loved it”
Great place to recharge the batteryies
“Can't wait to go back”
Every thing in this hotel is amazing
“Westing Langkawi”
Great Hotel to be in Langkawi as there is nothing much to do here, Its quite a boring dead city overall. But at the Westin you feel great as the place is lovely the swimming pool is gorgeous, the food is good. If your looking to relax and not go out then westin is a great place to be in.
“Westin Langkawi paradise”
Lovely hotel, great ammenities, very friendly staff. Love the pool(s) with panoramic views over the bay and surrounding islands. Picture postcard perfect. Have to pay for Internet (pricey). Great location within easy walking distance of Jetty Point and Kua town (the main town), which is great for shopping and a quick bite to eat. Generally food and drink prices are expensive at the hotel, compared to the rest of the Island, so get out and explore a bit. Recommend getting a car for a few days to explore the rest of the Island like Cenang Beach area (great for jetski enthusiasts), although taxis are a relatively inexpensive way to get around.
“Greatly exceeded my expectations”
I travel a lot, over 150K miles last year, and stay at a lot of hotels. I only stay at 4-5 star hotels and also only at hotels with a 4.0 customer rating or higher. This hotel really impressed me. The rooms were large, clean, well stocked with everything you'll need, and perfectly laid out. The grounds were extremely well taken care of with an absolutely great pool and ok beach. The service was great and food delicious. I couldn't ask for more. I will certainly go back.
