Poolside Terrace - Poolside bar serving cocktails, wine, lunch, and snacks. Open mid-morning to early evening,
Beach Bar - Serving lunch, drinks, and snacks. Located by the beach, with views of the bay and sea.
Jentayu Lounge - Located on the third level. Open air, with rainforest and pool views. Open late morning to late evening; live music most nights.

“mindblowing beach view!”
By far it is the best hotel in Langkawi. it has the longest private beach on the islan. Hotel is built within the jungle and the only voice you can hear during the night is the sounds of waves.. very nice lykept rooms , fab staff... I will definately go back there..
“An excellent hotel”
The hotel is located inside the forest in complete harmony with the surrounding nature. The hotel and rooms decor were perfectly matching with the tropical atmosphere of langkawi. The morning and evening walks in the forest organized by the hotel -accompanied by an excellent guide- were very interesting. You could easily spot monkeys, birds and squirels from the species predominant in the island in absolute peace in their habitat. The beach and the hotel pool were excellent and well maintained. The hotel staff -and the Langkawi people in general - were very helpful and friendly. They booked tours and taxis upon your request very easily and efficiently. The food was great.
“Amazing location”
This is a fantastic resort. The hotel is surrounded by a tropical rainforest on one side and a beach at the other. You are surrounded by wildlife and amazing scenery including a stunning sunset. The hotel staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. The only disappointment is that whilst the staff are friendly and approachable they do not act quickly and frequently misunderstood what the issue was when a complaint was made. On our arrival the toilet was dirty so a plumber was sent (2 hours later) and when the kettle was not working it took 3 hours for someone to bring a replacement.
“Not impressed, cannot be considered as a luxuary collection resort”
The room looked tired with chips & stains on the furniture and a leaking shower. Our room was not stocked properly: no slippers, nespresso pods, hair dryer, mosquito repellent tablet & an empty mini bar. The orchid was dying. During our stay, we found a faulty nespresso machine, a TV remote with dead batteries, a flicking light & a fused electrical socket (nothing was done). Buggies, shoes, room service & black rubbish bags were seen around the property. A member of staff was crying on the phone as I walked into one of the facilities. A member of staff told me that they are short staffed. Good selection breakfast buffet but remained unchanged - pretty boring by day 4. I pointed out >3 occasions that the food supply had run out. I saw a waitress emptied a teapot onto the foliage by the restaurant, inserted teabags into the same teapot which was served. Local fishermen came along every afternoon to sell fresh catch (a great idea). We had deferred our dinner reservation by 30mins in person but kitchen was unaware. The fish was rushed to us on arrival, luke warm and overcooked. The counter by the poolside was either empty of staff or had 3/4 of them chatting to each other. They did not help with finding/setting up of deck chairs. My confirmed spa appointment had to be rescheduled by them. Check out was inefficient & staff didn't seem to understand english. Senior management was informed & seemde to care but not sure they have the right quality of staff to effect change.
