This hotel has good access from the airport and the staff are very attentive. It was impressive that all the buggy drivers were driving safely and the smiles of the children were overflowing. The level of quality, variety and taste of food is high. So, as a Japanese person, I had a very happy time. However, there was also a disappointing point. The front lobby doesn't have air conditioning and the ceiling is high, so the fan doesn't make much sense. So it was very hot and it was very painful while waiting. The air conditioning in the room is also poorly placed, so it is very cold or very hot depending on the position of the bed. I stayed in an ocean view room, but it was a pity that the view was not so good because the trees in front of me were in the way. In the past, I have stayed in several hotels in Langkawi, but this hotel has short opening hours for SPA. So even if I wanted to use it, I didn't feel like making a reservation. And I thought the drink menu was relatively small and expensive. With an extensive cocktail and tropical drink menu, guests will spend more time at the hotel than they do now.
