They charged my CC 3 times for reason and they are telling me i stayed 2 nights when i only stayed for one i told them to check the cameras me checking out they said they got no cameras in the property

Very professional staff, comfortable beds but no top sheet. The staff in the dining room were especially friendly and enthusiastic to serve (Fran, Denise and Yoshi. We reported a domestic issue with our connecting room and they took our concerns seriously (they even gave us vouchers for a free breakfast buffet). Annoying club music played throughout the whole time even though it was Christmas Time. I also wish the fireplace stayed on rather intermittently but enjoyed the seating area by it nonetheless. The hotel needs some TLC too. Overall we were satisfied.

The woman who checked me in was rude, unattentive, and didnt seem like she could be bothered. Had to ask me three times if I needed 1 key. I wasn't there much because I was in town because my mom way dying. Checked in around 7, left not long after. Came back and couldn't sleep from about 4am till 9am. The door in my room, 208, had holes all over the inside of it, had to be forced shut. It was also coming apart. I took a shower and the mirror looked like the football team just burshed their teeth, and the walkin shower drained into the rest of the bathroom which almost caused me to fall. I decided to end my stay. No one was at the desk to check out, I left my key and left. Not enjoying any part of my stay not only for the person reasons, but because the room felt unsafe and unkept. Would never recommend this location.

Friendly bar staff, tina was great. I could see through the frame of my door, so noisy. $20 continental breakfast is a joke. I maybe had an equivelant to a $7 breakfast at a diner. Which wouldbe been fresh made to order.

TV didn't work, mini fridge didn't work - when I asked front desk to fix they could only move me to another room. Mini fridge in that room didn't work either. So had no way to keep drinks cold. Hot tub/spa was closed. Pool was not lit well in the evening. Lots of things broken or in disrepair. When I asked for an adjustment to my bill for these inconveniences I was told they could not do that. I would not stay here again.

I stayed there for 4 nights for a business trip that my work had booked for me, and this hotel was a shame to be part of the Sheraton family! It was beyond disturbing to check in and only find out your keys on the 15th floor after a long travel day, do not work. Then when I went back down they gave me a master key which made me feel uncomfortable that they can give any guest a master key to access all rooms instead of walking their lazy self to open the door for me. Once I got into my room, I discovered the charger and only plug didn’t work. The bathroom sick doesn’t drain and to top it all off, while having my dinner a nasty roach was crowding on my desk and all over my belongings!!!! This hotel is infested in bugs as some of my trip partners experienced the same thing . But when I reported it to management, all they can do is move me to another room like I was going to feel any better sleeping then! I asked to speak to the manager and they took my information claiming she was off sick. They then promised that she would call me as they took my information, yet NO ONE CALLED!!! The PA public health department really needs to go really check this location out as it’s hard to believe that these kind of things are happen in a 3.5 star hotel! This was worse than a motel experience. I couldn’t sleep all night as I continued to check the walls, counter and under my blanket for bugs!! Never again will I stay at a Sheraton hotel again!

Front Desk Needs Retraining!
Perhaps its the working etiquettes of the front desk staff rushing you through the check-in process or not responding to your calls when calling the front desk during your stay so they may return to their personal cell phones. No warm professionalism, just attitude returned back when interacting. I had to change my first room 416 due to its very dirty chalky viewable exterior windows and later during the stay being ignored my late night calls to kindly ask security or front desk to inform them about very noisy ignorant inconsiderate loud guests from partying on the same floor that I was on. No answer when calling multiple times. Had to go down myself to the front desk frustrated after midnight to find once again another front desk staff member sitting there playing with his personal cell phone. Problem did get corrected but learned the same partying guests were chased from the front lobby to go to their rooms. That is just great! Thank you for the well-trained front desk staff at this hotel! And, this is a Sheraton? You would think differently from this experience!

Very Enjoyable Stay at the Sheraton in Langhorne
I found my stay at the Sheraton in Langhorne to be very pleasant. The moment you walk through the double sliding doors, you feel that you are in a higher quality hotel. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful, as were the bar staff. The food is of good quality, portion sizes are generous and I would say at the high end of fairly priced. The room was clean, well maintained and well laid out, with plenty of power sockets for devices. The main bin for trash had a recycling compartment, which I think shows a nice eco-awareness. I can be quite critical, but I will happily stay here again, and I can't give a higher recommendation than that.

Very loud room close to elevator.
Rooms were nice! Had to get escourted to our room like we were kids. Room keys didn't work and had been down for 2 days. Room was very loud and by elevator. Heard kids running in the hall early morning. Bed not very comfortable.
