“Hotel bello, pulito ma servizio non all'altezza”

Se volete passare un week end in un albergo 4 stelle liberty, ristrutturato abbastanza recentemente, con una buona qualità di camera e pulizia ma con un servizio scadente da pensione di quart'ordine e una scortesia totale da parte del personale (in assoluto il peggiore da quando viaggio, per lavoro e per piacere) avete fatto bingo! Aihmè, la struttura contine anche una beauty farm alquanto dozzinale, molto frequentata e con assoluta parità di trattamento tra chi soggiorna nell'albergo (che deve addirittura pagare l'ingresso alla BF!) e chi frequenta la DAY SPA, esperienza da dimenticare.

“Grand Hotel Nuove Terme”

Hotel d'eccellenza, che sa unire tradizione ad un nuovo concetto di benessere e termalismo. Devo dire che gran parte del feedback sull'ottima qualità del servizio me lo ha fornito la gentilissima NUOVO gestore del centro benessere, la signora Enrica. Grande capacità di offrire accoglienza intelligente ai clienti

“Très déçue”

Attention : il n'est pas précisé que l'entrée à la piscine et à tout autre soin (sauna, bains trucs...) est payante, chaque jour (et chère à mon gout). Les lits sont dits "King Size" : il s'agit en réalité de deux matelas une place rapprochés (sauf si votre réservation concerne une suite supérieure). A notre arrivée, notre chambre n'était pas très propre (cendres de cigarettes au sol). Le petit déjeuner continental reste copieux et plutôt bon. A retenir donc : le prix payé ne tient compte que de votre nuit et du petit déjeuner éventuellement. Tout le reste est payant, en supplément, ce qui n'est nullement mentionné.

Traveller's tip
Un restaurant pas cher et vraiment bon pas très loin : l"'Antica trattoria commercio con pizzeria" , via Mazzini (fermé le jeudi) . Spécialités liguriennes et piémontaises.

“Grand Hotel”

Die Bezeichunung Grand Hotel weckt Erwartungen die nicht erfüllt werden. Insbesondere die Qualtiät der Rezeptionsleistungen sind nicht den Erwartungen entsprechend. LAge des Hotels sehr gut, wobei keine Parkplätze vorhanden.
