My family and I love to come here every time we come to Palmdale it’s affordable and the staff is amazing I sleep comfortable and the coffee is sooo good I will definitely be coming back there’s no doubt about that !!

People outside the door smoking marijuana and it flows inside when you come in the main doors. Parking looked to be full so we parked on the grass where other parking was being is used. I think there was additional parking behind the building from our room window but no one was using it. Not for sure if it was hotel parking lot or not.

This property was comfortable and in a convenient location. There were some minor problems that i thought would be an easy fix, and didn't understand why they weren't fixed. The standing lamp in the corner had a faulty wire, so had to inplug it. The TV remote had dead batteries and the right curtain was missing the rod to open it, so we couldn't open the curtain.

I had a medical emergency the day I was supposed to check in but was told I could not cancel or rebook with short notice. Would have been nice to offer a credit or refund for a medical emergency. I paid $150.

I chose to stay in this hotel thinking it was better then the ones in the area I’d be visiting. Our first night we found bed bugs, the guy at the counter immediately changed our room. Which was a bit crazy considering they didn’t have many people staying there. Overall the stay was ok. Having to move rooms is not much of a big deal but when you’re on vacation, that’s not something you’re wanting g yo do.

Easy check in yet surprised to be informed my last night stay will be changed to another room (non-accessible). I asked how that can be, the explanation "your reservation was done online, while the next guess called direct". I was willing to conform even though I had to pack to move. On the second day of my stay, I went to desk late at night to ask if I needed to be out of room by 11 am, the gentleman working that night kindly offered to call guess coming on Friday if he really needed an accessible room. His quick thinking and Customer orientation worked as I didn't need to move, What a relief! I wish I remember his name but gave him many thanks. I hope you take into consideration what a valuable employee he is.

I didn’t like that it smelled like marijuana, in the elevator and then I saw people outside the hotel smoking it. The beds were very uncomfortable and a little old. It was quiet at night which I liked and staff was friendly checking in.
