Regarding your comments we would like to clarify that: -The hotel started operating on 2012 and every year interventions are made in all areas and rooms. It is a modest hotel and the rooms provide all the essentials for a summer resort. -The beds have a Coco mat sleeping system and have been tailor made (exclusively designed) for our hotel. -The breakfast, which has positive reviews, is served in a buffet of variety of sweet and savory preparations with fresh, pure, organic products from local producers. -Regarding your comment about the room allow us to say that it was fully cleaned and the bed was fully made. Your comment on bedding which was not according to your preference was corrected shortly upon your request. - Also allow us to inform you that the necessary recommendations were made to the housekeeper, although we are surprised by your comment, because the cleanliness staff never comes in contact with the customers. All communication is via frond desk (reception). Since this is the first time we receive a complain of such nature we will take it under consideration and we will look into it. Σχετικά με τις παρατηρήσεις σας, θα θέλαμε να διευκρινίσουμε ότι το πρωινό είναι διάρκειας 3 ωρών και ανανεώνεται συνεχώς. Όσο για τον καφέ, να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι σε κάποια δωμάτια υπάρχουν μηχανές για παρασκευή καφέ espresso.
