“Beautiful Hotel, good service. with a few kinks...”
Hotel was much nicer than I had expected - beautiful lobby, nice, clean, large rooms. Good room service and really nice server. I got there late afternoon and a wedding party was checking in, so check in took quite a bit of time. When I got to my room, it was not the Jr. Suite we had requested, but I didn't want to change because it would take too long. I wanted to order a movie for my daughters, and when I went to order, the On Demand channel said I couldn't order a movie because I wasn't checked into my room. I called the front desk and told them the story, they "checked me into my room" and when I went to order the movie, I was again told I was not checked in. I know I was checked in becasue I was able to check out the next morning using the TV, however, we were never able to order a movie...

It was a big room for an ADA compliant room. We used the swimming pool and that was nice. Clean and smelled good.

The staff was friendly, the rooms with two beds were a bit tight, and I had originally booked a one bedroom room and was given the two bedroom room which was a bit inconvenient
“fabulous location”
Really loved the location....very convenient to beaches and restaurants. Although the pool is very small, indoors and closes at 9pm, it was pleasantly warm at the end of a day (especially after the cold beach water). Hotel is clean and the convenience of internet is wonderful. My only complaint is that although they knew the number of guests listed for the room, there were barely enough towels there for one person. The inconvenience of calling down and waiting for more was unnecessary and should have been avoided if they had been better organized.

Very clean, comfortable and nice rooms! Nice big flat panel TV, Free WIFI, comfy bed, and BIG bathrooms. What more can a girl want?
“Great staff, great amenities”
The hotel is beautiful with many amenities and a terrifically friendly staff. The rooms aren't particularly big, and we found the bed uncomfortable as well.

My wife and I stayed at the Garden Inn for 2 nights, loved the pool and jacuzzi. Would go back again, enjoyed this hotel very much.
