One nice touch is automatic closet light. Filthy old motel - worst ever. Sticky bathroom floor, no towel rack. No wastebasket. Bed cover had large hole, as did dust ruffles. Unmatched bedclothes. Spackle or grout all over - unit needs to be vacuumed. Spackle and dirt in heater/ac unit.

Locks on the doors were terrible. Had to reload the key at least a dozen times over the weekend. WiFi was basically nonexistent. Never cleaned the room or replaced towels. Bed was supposed to be a queen, but was a double at best, with my feet hanging over the end. Room had an unpleasant smell, had to go to the store to get Febreze to deal with it. Parking lot had a number of large potholes. Was only there because rooms were scarce or overpriced for the eclipse. Would not stay there again.

The place was dirty and smelly. The front desk employee was very hard to understand his grunts. Place reaked of pot. Perhaps that was the employees problem! I will never choose Days Inn again.

Staff were nice and courteous but the place I general was very very dirty. We had to ask towels to be replaced because they weren't clean and toilet paper was soaked in water. Floor mop with dirty water Sat outside of our room the entire stay. Not recommended.

The property is in need of a major update. Beds were comfortable, which is important, but everything else was below what would be expected for Days Inn. About $11 Uber ride to good restaurants and breweries.

We didn't have many 'affordable' options for a one night stay near downtown so we were left with this hotel in Lakewood (a short drive). As we pulled up to it, we were questioning if it was even open. The exterior of the building was uninviting and in disarray. We found the entrance at the back of the building. I did the check in and was questioning our decision to stay here. There were questionable people in the lobby, transients walking through the parking lot and an overall uneasiness about the hotel. During the check-in process, they made a copy of my driver's license and my credit card, which I was not okay with, at all. I'm not sure I've ever stayed at a place that did that, and having my information on a paper laying on the desk at a questionable hotel was nerve-wracking for me. Needless to say, I've locked that credit card so that no fraudulent charges go through. I will say that the bed was comfortable but everything else about the room was disgusting. The carpet was gross, the walls looked like they were painted by a blind person. The curtain rod was falling off the wall and the curtains might as well had been sheer. There was no chain link lock on the interior door and the smoke detector was unplugged from the ceiling and shut laying on the dresser. Housekeeping, if they even have it, left dried snot in the sink, a washcloth and a bath mat (no bath towel but we wouldn't be taking a shower during our stay) and 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper. I will NEVER stay again

Worst hotel I have ever been to. I was traveling with a group and they had rooms as well. Upon entering the hotel we knew it was bad but once we got the key and entered our room, it was more then we could take and all of us demanded our money back so we could find a different hotel. It’s a smoking hotel and there were cig butts in the hall and in our room. Cig burns in the comforter and bloody towels piled up in the hall. Our room had one outlet that worked and no lights or tv worked. Needless to say we will never stay here or recommend.

This hotel is the worst hotel we have every stayed at. Stunk like smoke in the lobby, mold smell and smoke smell in the room. Rude front desk staff. No breakfast provided in the breakfast room. I would not recommend this property and remove it from Expedia listing. It does not deserve the Days inn name.

This place was a dump. Old, unsightly furniture. Paint was peeling on the doors and door frames.In the room, the mirror was slanted, furniture had scratches, blemishes, and peeling paint. There was no ice bucket and when I went to the front office to get one, they told me there wasn’t any. So, I had to triple bag ice that of course melted by morning. They had to relocate me to another room, because the room I was in had no blow dryer. Then, when moved, had to have staff come in to program the tv. It required a password that they didn’t have, I was shocked how bad this place was, especially, the money I spent for one night - over $100.00

The place is in terrible condition, everything is dirty. The bathroom in the room is in poor cleaning conditions and the beds seem to have not had their sheets changed. Everything was dirty and in disrepair throughout the place.

Hotel was run down, dirty, mold in the shower and down right creepy. The girl at the desk was nice and friendly, that's all I can say about this property. You would think by putting Wyndham at the end it would be somewhat decent...NOPE, duped by Wyndham for the last time.

I stood in the front lobby shouting for awhile and no one came... then I called their number, heard the phone ringing behind the desk, and lo and behold, a person appeared!! The first room I was given had light bulbs missing from the fixtures. I took the second. It was clean. The whole place stank of old cigarette smoke, though it is non smoking now. One blanket on the bed only. No bed spread. One set of towels in the room and one roll of tp, though I had registered as two people. The front desk did give me extra towels when I asked, but said I'd have to wait for the maid to come to my room. She didn't come I saw the maintenance man. He kindly got me TP. I told him which room needed light bulbs, so he could take care of it. The breakfast was instant oatmeal, cereal, muffins, coffee and cocoa. No juice or fruit. I don't mind old places or fixtures. I am chagrinned by paint splatters on the walls, floors and bathroom fixtures. But then, at least they are trying to make it look nice - I think... as the paint did not match any that I actually saw anywhere... hmmm..

They lost my Expedia Reservation, I had to pay full price because it was late at night and I couldn't go elsewhere. Once I received a room, the door lock was broken, which the Front Desk Associate admitting that he forget. Parking Lot not well lit.

You absolutely cannot advertise a property with a kicked in bathroom door, broken bathroom light shade over the mirror that is likely to fall and hurt someone, moldy and filthy bathtub, kicked in from door frame and condom wraps on the floor. This was the filthiest hotel I've ever been in. We looked at 3 rooms and each one was worse than the one before. Mold on the sheets, the smell of vomit, blood on the hallway walls, a non-smoking room that smelled of cigarettes. The acting manager, Jay, was very patient, apologetic and accommodating, offering us a room at a nearby hotel, the Travelodge, at the same rate. We took it. Your advertisement says coffee maker and refrigerator. We were told by Jay that the rooms don't contain either. You need to update your website.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is an awful hotel. It’s dirty. Transients walking around. Police patrolling due to illegal activities. We stayed for 4 hours then checked out the same day and stayed somewhere else. They wouldn’t refund me either but at least we didn’t get hurt. The final straw was when we arrived back from dinner the cops were in the parking lot and they were interviewing people and asked us a few questions. We told him our experience and he said “doesn’t surprise me”. Look at their other reviews if you think I’m lying. I also have pictures of our room, the door and the cops around.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed! There was such a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was in disrepair, dirty, and loud! We had two sheets on our beds instead of comforters, and one of those had a cigarette hole burned through it! On our beds were one towel and one washcloth each! The hair dryer was broken in half!! I just wish I could post pics! We paid $230 for one night when it was said and done!! Expedia should never offer rooms from this place again!!

We had such a fun stay in Cleveland! First off the Browns beat the 49ers!!! I wasn’t able to sleep because of the paper thin walls however the full blown domestics in the hallway were highly entertaining !!! There were some yellow stains one the bed but the staff was kind enough to bring another blanket that was yellow so you couldn’t see stains on it! The front desk worker Erin was super kind .. she even showed us how to lift then broken door handle so the key worked. There’s no gym however it sounded like the people above us were powerlifting and running sprints all morning. Although we didn’t use the complementary breakfast we did notice a homeless man throughly enjoying a bowl of cereal with his friends. Honestly the beds were really comfy and the smell of cigarettes and piss was super nostalgic and reminded me of my uncle Ron. Highly recommend !

WORST EVER
Absolutely the very worst chain hotel we have ever booked It is archaic, lobby furniture looked like furniture placed on the curb, room was dark, looked like dried blood on the on the curtain, booked accessible room and this was a standard room, narrow hallway was a fire trap, front desk was built up high with a wooden wall in front too high for someone to jump over, etc. We opened the door to the assigned room, looked in, and went to the front desk to request our money back, but he gave us a card to contact Hani Mildhail. We ended up driving home to Delaware, OH, a 2.5 hour drive, arriving home after 11 pm. The next cay we called Ms Mildarl, who is on vac for three weeks, so on to about six other numbers to call, with no resolution..I am 88 years old and have traveled the U.S., Australia, Asia, Europe, and Egypt, and I have NEVER been in a hotel like this one. We will continue working to.get a refund..

The staff were friendly and polite. There is ample parking off-street. Staff were not helpful when I called - the keycard lock on the door doesn't work - though the deadbold bolt does. As I tried to close the drapes, 1/2 fell down. Though I called 2 no one came to fix it. I had to move the overstuffed chair (exposing a very warn part of the carpet) and do it myself. Many of the things advertised on the Days Inn by Wyndom Cleveland-Lakewood are not present in the room. No clock, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, alarm clock, sanitizer. The bed was fine and the TV worked.

W e have stayed in this property some years ago and found it to be good. This time it was very clear that the hotel had fallen on bad times. The receptionist suggested on our arrival that we might not be happy as the hotel was "basic". The room was not very clean, although the beds were acceptable. There was hardly any food for breakfast and the dining room was dreadful, worse than a camping site. There were several vagrant s around the hotel and the police were present in the evening interviewing people following a robbery.
