“Great location, nice hotel, great service”

Obviously a great location, went here for a weekend. The only bad experience was one of the towels was dirty in the room. Other than that, very enjoyable!

“Can't wait to go again....”

Very Impressive staff....Totally professonal, and they knew my name when I walked through the lobby.....the only thing negative was the Valet fee was pretty steep and I was unaware of the charges prior to my stay...with 2 rooms it was quite costly...but the staff was excellant and I will return...

The Lake activities are abundant and fun !! Took a beautiful hike near Fallen Leaf Lake, narrow one lane road, busy, but worth it.

“Couldn't be better!”

An amazing experience from the hotel employees to the design of the suite, furniture, deocrating and very comfortable beds. We totally enjoyed ourselves.

“WOW!!”

Although not located on the lake, this accommodation is in the heart of everything. Beautiful accomodation made even more loverly because it snowed whilst we where there (1st week in October). Highly recommend this to all.

Area recommendations

South Lake Tahoe is just one of the most relaxing places to visit. We drove up from Las Vegas via Mamoth Lakes and Yosamite National Park. Views were specatcular, driving was easy once we got used to being on the wrong side of the car and the wrong side of the road (for Australians that is - ha ha). The season was offically FALL but a cold snap in the weather caused snow which just added to the beauty and our adventure.

“Great for Families”

This is a great hotel for large families or those vacationing with extended relatives or friends. The rooms, with its spacious living/dining rooms and full kitchen, along with the large bathrooms, make it easy for everyone to relax and have room to do their own thing. My kids liked that the hotel provided beach balls and foam "noodles" for the swimming pools, and I liked the large gym that was almost always empty. Movie theatres, a miniature golf course and a major supermarket were practically right outside our hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, but the quality is mediocre. The shopping is limited, too, unless you like the country western look. All in all, a nice vacation, if you plan to just relax and enjoy the hotel.
