“Returning in 2012”

Almost never go to Tahoe, and am not familiar with motel or hotel reservations . We were fortunate, and hopefully will return in 2012. Room was as quiet from traffic noise as one could want. Very comfortable king size bed. Wasn't expecting refrigerator in room. Very surprised and pleased.

“Never Again”

The bathroom was so small you cannot turn around. The room was average. The coffee pot had to be moved from one room to another to plug it in. The breakfast was decent but it was not served until 7:30. Would have been nice to get coffee earlier. The manager was very efficient and nice.

“Lake Tahoe Gem”

Great value. Good location. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

“Good for one-night Stay”

Hotel was okay for the price paid; close to many restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. Front desk was friendly; Quick check-in and check-out.

“Would stay again...great price for what we got.”

Rooms weren't made up at check-in, toilet paper and tissues weren't refilled one day. The staff quickly fixed our problems, they really shouldn't have happened at all though. Bed was nice and firm, fridge was handy to have and the luggage closet is a good idea.

“Highly Disappointed and will never stay again!”

The room was not clean the carpets were very stained along with the comforters. The walls and ceilings were cracked. There were spiders crawiling on the ceiling. I was very uneasy with the stay. Did not want to shower because it did not look very clean and was grossed out! Would not recommend this motel to anyone. I think it must be shut down and regutted and completely remodeled or even torn down to start from scratch. Very disappointed. You know what people say, "you get what you pay for"......

“I wouldn't stay there again”

They advertise that the breakfast is complimentary but there is not enough breakfast for the guests. There is no room to eat breakfast. The refrigirator was not working in my room. We stayed two days and they didn't repair even the second day. The main door is not locking properly. It's really bad to stay there. I wouldn't stay there again.

“Not the best.”

Our visit to Lake Tahoe was in the middle of winter. Our room was freezing cold when we got there because a window had been left open. We had had to call three times to try and get extra pillows. The last call was at about 10:00 pm and they still hadn't been delivered. The drain in the sink was stuck, making it difficult to use. And in the morning there was a coffee pot available but not cups. Not the best experience, but better than sleeping outside.
