“Average”

You get what you pay for. Had to ask for extra pillows, my key de-magnetized 5 times, towels very thin.......but room was clean. Liked the price for 2 nights. But my niece stayed at Harrahs down the street for $10 more a night. Won't stay here again.

“Dirty, Stained, Terrible. Will Never Go Back”

Carpets were stained, cobwebs in corners of rooms, tiny and not too clean bathroom. Worried about safety of our vehicle in the neighborhood. Free "private" beach was a joke. Avoid!

“Convience and Price”

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Rooms need to be redone. Stains and minor damage. Pool not heated. Great location for pretty much anything for anyone to do. Private beach is nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast is continental. Ceral, muffins, juice, coffee, hot chocolate, and the infamous "honey buns". Surrounding area is nice. Walking around area and shops is recommended. Affordable weekend get a way for couples, friends for shows, and taking the kids.

Area recommendations

I would recommend to anyone to take advantage and see and enjoy as much of Lake Tahoe California/Nevada has to offer. From nightlife to outdoorlife. Any age should be able to find something to do. Price ranges are from the affordable to the (kinda) come on you got to be kidding. Regardless of the amount for the vacation or get a way trip, everyone should be able to afford a great time, with memories and desire to visit the area again.

“Terrible conditions!!”

The room conditions were horrible. The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The smell was horrific. I requested a non smoking room and i don't believe i received one. it smelled like smoke and bad odor combined. The paint was cracked and the ceiling had water damage.

“Good place if you're a broke college kid like me!”

This place was not the classiest of hotels. I went with two other buddies of mine from college and of course being tight on money we wound up at this place. However I will say that for as low of the rates for the room, the quality was fairly matching, and much better than I had originally expected. If you're going with your family I wouldn't recommend this place, but if you're going up with a group of friends this is definetely the place to stay! Low prices and within walking distance to Heavenly Village, Harvey's, Harrah's, and the lake!

“not so great”

for a cheap motel in south lake i guess it's pretty standard for the price ok to crash for a night if you are looking to travel on the cheap but needs a renovation

“No suprises”

Reserved a room just to have a place to sleep during our ski trip. Staff (saw just one person at morning as well as evening) was pleasantly helpfull. Let us in our room despite our early (9 am) arrival, and proivided us with luggage storing after checkout. Hotel was very basic, as expected. Location very quiet, so we had a good nightrest. Only minor drwabacks; hot tub very small and not inviting, breakfast just coffee, o.juice and some sortg of danish provided at the small reception. No place to sit and eat.
