No-snow policy: If Heavenly Ski Resort closes because of snow shortage within 72 hours of guests' arrival, guests have the option of rescheduling for available later dates at no charge (rescheduling for a different season may result in different charges) or canceling completely with no penalty. Otherwise, no-shows will forfeit one night's room, tax, and fees. (Fees are subject to change.)
