“Wonderful Experience”
We spent two nights in the hotel. When we arrived, they upgraded us to a better room without us asking. The room was comfortable and clean, with a view to the swimming pool and garden. There was a balcony with chairs and table, and the bathroom had a big bathtub! There was a roll-down shutter on the outside of the sliding door. We didn't hear the noise from the trains at all during the nights. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I liked having breakfast in the room with big windows facing the lake, sitting on the lounge chairs on the front lawn in the evening with a cup of coffee (we even got to watch fireworks from the town across the lake), having a cool drink by the swimming pool, and strolling along the lake front walkways. The ferry (to Isola Bella, Isola Superior, and Isola Madre) station is only a few minutes away, so is the center of town where there are many restaurants and little shops.

The hotel location is grate and staff is very helpful, I had 3 rooms 2 of the rooms had a mountain view which was ok the 3rd room was on the corner and had a lake and mountain view …… The hotel is walking distance from everything and parking was free The only problem, air-conditioning is not ok and room furniture is old but clean I definitely recommend this hotel
“Good value...great location!”
This hotel was located on Lake Maggiore, just a few minutes walk to the town and ferry station. The staff was helpful and the room and lobby areas were clean. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool where we could sit to read and relax. The room was spacious and satisfactory, but of a faded elegance. Our main complaint: We opted for breakfast, which we paid for in the room rate, but were very disappointed in the offerings. It was the same monotonous choices every day and not of a very good quality...runny yogurt, warm, not cold, milk for cereal , fruit, canned, not fresh , and terrible tasting juice..probably canned, too. Overall, though, we thought it a good value for the rates, and the location was convenient to everything, including the train station.

Location of the hotel is beautiful, across from the lake. Lots of activity (restaurants, shops, etc), only a few minutes walk. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!
“Deludente”
Buona la posizione: di fronte al lago e a 400 mt. dalla piazza centrale di Stresa; colazione abbastanza varia e prodotti di qualità, servita in una bella sala con vista lago. Personale gentile. Camera matrimoniale sufficientemente grande, ma la TV era minuscola (benché dotata di Sky) ed il bagno scomodo: la vasca con doccia era priva di separé e quindi l'intero bagno si allagava facendo la doccia. Nel minibar c'erano solo due bottigliette d'acqua. Inoltre il check-in è previsto dalle ore 14.00: siamo arrivati alle 15.00 e la camera non era ancora pronta e abbiamo dovuto attendere mezz'ora; il giorno successivo siamo rientrati in hotel alle 14.30 per riposare, ma la camera non era stata ancora pulita e abbiamo quindi dovuto di nuovo attendere mezz'ora dopo avere effettuato un sollecito alla reception. Da un hotel 4 stelle ci attendevamo qualcosa di meglio.

Das Haupthaus ist sehr schön gelegen, das Gebäude sehr gut aufbereitet. Leider wurden wir im Hinterhof, im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Das Nebengebäude ist zu teuer für die Lage. Alle Zimmer sind viel zu laut wegen Straße und Müllentsorgung im Hinterhof. Ausschlafen war nicht möglich!! Der Pool liegt ebenfalls im dunklen Hinterhof und ist zu stark gechlort (Augenprobleme). Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich - Gruß wurde nie erwidert. Bedienung beim Frühstück ist katastrophal schlecht. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich schlecht. Keine Auswahl an frischem Gemüse, kein dunkles Brot und kein Käse. Der Speisesaal ist sehr schön, mit Blick zum See. Es waren keine ausreichenden Parkplätze vorhanden, obwohl dies angepriesen wurde. Kleine Tiefgarage mit Parklifter, der nicht bedient werden konnte. Im Hinterhof waren nur 15 Stellplätze mit zu enger Ausfahrt Habe meinen Lack am Kotflügel zerkratzt - Reparaturkosten ca. 500,- EUR! Keine abendliche Unterhaltung. Kein Hotspot!

trés satisfesant dans l'ensemble; chambre convenable, trés propre, (vue sur la piscine) j'avais lu les critique de l'hotel avant de partir qui disait un petit déjeuner médiocre c'est un peu vrais(fruits en boite , jus de fruit mauvais) pour le reste tous va bien ; Hotel est trés bien placé pour promener a pied dans la ville et faire les 3 Iles
