“Very good hotel, no lake view”

The Nash Carlton lives up to its 4 star rating. The hotel is not near the lake, so no lake views, but it is right outside the Delice metro station, so very convenient to public transport. Reception staff very helpful. 24hr public transport pass was provided by hotel on our arrivial free of charge, plus a good map of Lausanne. Free WiFi throughout hotel - works well. Rooms very tastefully decorated and a good size. Excellent buffet breakfast, though somewhat expensive (25 CHF pp - this is Switzerland though!).

“Great location”

This hotel is ideally located between the lake at Ouchy and the centre of Lausanne. Both are within walking distance or the Metro station is next to the hotel. The hotel was comfortable and in a peaceful aea.

“Worn rooms”

The hotel is in a good location, but the room was very worn (carpet was pulling apart, general fixtures were in poor condition). The hotel is not 4 star and the class should be reviewed.

“Reastaurant”

After a 400 mile drive a meal in the hotel restaurant was being looked forward to. On arrival we were informed that they had closed the restaurant. As it happens it made us venture out to find something else, which was actually very good, tapas overlooking Lake Geneva. Lesson learned!!!

“Perfect location to visit Lausanne”

Very good location near the metro so you are able to be anywhere in Lausanne within minutes. Very clean rooms with great service. Will be staying there again next time.

“Good choice”

Clean hotel in convenient location near public transport. The rooms were very good with nice bathrooms and balcony on first floor rooms (2nd floor if from US). Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices but the price was like everywhere in Europe high at Euro 20 per person. The beds were a bit hard. I would chose again if in Lausanne.

Hotel un peu kitsch, mais propre et chambre confortable. satisfaisant pour 1 ou 2 nuits lors d un voyage professionels (pas teste le service de restauration)

“Good located and very nice hotel”

The hotel is right next to the Metro station and close to the train station and the lake. The interior is just great and made the stay an even more enjoyable experience. The staff was very friendly.

“Hotel de luxe à prix raisonnable très bien situé”

Bel hotel, bonne réception. Sublissimes terrasses associées aux chambres ou l'on peut prendre un petit déjeuner de reve. Et rever devant la beauté classe-classique des chambres. Le personnel est aimable:on m'a proposé de monter ma valise et j'ai accepté. De meme pour le retour,on m'a offert de la descendre,merci gentlemen!
