le personnel bouge beaucoup à chaque fois que nous y sommes retournés et malheureusement pas en bien.Pas de bagagiste ni à l'arrivée ni au départ, service au bar très médiocre à tout point de vue et d'une manière générale il n'y a pas d'âme , en l'absence d'un manager invisible. Nous déplorons cette détérioration du service autant que nous trouvons incroyable de payer 40 FS/ jour pour le parking extérieur . !!!!! c'est un peu beaucoup comme 39 FS le pdj .

The best world class in town.

We spent 5 nights for our honeymoon trip here. This such an adorable memory. There service and room are impressive and fantastic. We enjoy every moment in this hotel. Breakfast is stunning. Service desk is full of service mine. No doubt, we will surely revisit again. Strongly recommend.

Superb Hotel .We stayed the week and found everything to be top notch. with excellent décor set of by magnificent floral arrangements.1st class ambience and eating a pleasure although one small criticism- Sunday night in restaurant my wife's main course had a somewhat tired look about it as though it had been standing a while. This the only niggle and staff all very friendly but appreciated precisely how to perform their roles to ensure a first class stay.

Bad Service and attitude

We had requested in advance by email that our room be ready by 12, for which they charge 15% of rack rate, but still had to wait almost one hour for the room. We were overcharged for lunch. Room service is 10 CHF extra. The service attitude and lack of flexibility are horrible. The room was smelling like cigarettes and was musty. I found it quite small, perhaps they should have considered giving a larger room to a family with two children. The restaurant was dangerously overwhelmed with the dietary requirements, serving the wrong plates. The veal filet was overcooked and disappointing. Reception and the host told us breakfast was until 12. We wanted to take breakfast at 11.30 and were sent away. Your terrace restaurant was extremely inflexible for our lunch. It was impossible to get gluten-free french fries, and it seemed impossible even to substitute fried potatoes for fries. Most dishes are not suitable with gluten (Sandwiches, burgers), and the staff was not able to suggest any alternative. Unfortunately we were not the only disappointed guests. I heard the hotel has new management, it seems the attitude has worsened since.
