“Fantastic Quality hotel”

The hotel was much better than we could have hoped for, even though we saw great reviews before we booked. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended

“Excellent accomadation”

First visit to Lake Garda, and hotel was very good. I had previously read good reviews on this hotel, which are actually apartments on two levels, and extremely pleased that they had been right. Rooms were spotless and very well decorated. Adequate cooking facilities and lovely bathroom with powerful hot shower. Only one slight grumble was that the sofa bed in the lounge was a bit uncomfortable as you could feel the bars through the matress , but single beds were fine. Could have done with warmer covers as it was October and quite cool at night. Staff were lovely and very helpful, especially with booking airport transfer. Will definitely go again.

“Great hotel & very dog friendly”

We had a fantastic time, the hotel is in a great location, just a small walk from the old town of Torri Del Benaco, right on Lake Garda. The staff were extremely helpful & very dog friendly. They recommended us a couple of great restaurants off the beaten track that we would never have found. Fabulous views over the lake. Overall a wonderful small hotel which I would thoroughly recommend.

“the perfect honeymoon”

On returning from Tori De Benaco (Residence Ca Del Lago) I was looking forward to posting this to tell everyone how fantastic our stay was, to hopefully encourage people to stay at this hotel. My new wife and I could not fault anything about the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and could not do enough for you , the food at the hotel is good and very reasonable. This is the perfect location for a romantic break as the hotel is literally a 2 min walk to the lake which is truly breath taking. The local taxis were a bit expensive but there is a bus that travels from one end of the lake to the other quite frequently which also goes directly to and from the train station in Verona where you can get the shuttle bus straight to the airport, round trip about 15 Euros. As 2 days of doing nothing but relaxing was enough for me I went into the next town to do some water skiing and mountain biking which was awesome. thanks Mr D

“Lovely hotel overlooking Lake Garda”

My young family and I had a fabulous stay here at the beginning of November. The staff were incredibly helpful and obliging and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was excellent; just what we were after for a comfortable family break. We found a couple of great places to eat in the town, although a lot of places were closed with it being the end of the season. We'll definitely return!

“A great find.”

We chose this hotel after viewing other reports, together with it's selection as one of the top hotels on Expedia. We were delighted with our choice, having returned from a 10 stay in October. It doesn't fit the conventional idea of a hotel, but is rather a group of self-catering apartments, with a central reception, plus sauna, fitness room etc. There is no dining room, and the bar was not open out of the summer season, which was not a problem to us. The setting was excellent, our room having a balcony and view over Lake Garda. The apartment was excellent, very comfortable, with excellent kitchen facilities, shower room etc, spotlessly clean. Directions to the hotel could be clearer, the entrance being up a very narrow, steep road easily missed. Cars are parked in underground garages, which were secure, but the pillars something of a hazard, even with a small Ford ka! The staff were very helpful, and fluent in English. The area is great, with variety of the lake, mountains (12 inches of snow on top of Monte Baldo via cable car), Verona (great) and Venice ( a must see but horribly commercial and somewhat intimidating). A quiet, very pleasant out-of-season break.

“Top Hotel Lake Garda”

Just returned from a week at the Residence Ca Del Lago on Lake Garda. Can not recommend this place enough great residence great location would defintely stay there again and with the car ferry at the bottom of the street you can cross the lake in 30 mins and go exploring. lovely quiet area of Torri Del Benaco.

“Fantastic hotel”

We have just come back from a 9 night stay at this hotel. This hotel was perfect in every way. The Managers, Nico and Sarah were very friendly and wanted to ensure that we had a wonderful time. Brilliant customer service. All the staff at the hotel from cleaners to bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom/apartment was very clean and a good size. The balcony was lovely as it looked out over the lake. The pool area was quiet and relaxing with beautiful views over the lake and town. It was only a 5 minute walk into town where there were lots of restaurants and bars by the lake. The hotel provides free bike hire and we had a wonderful afternoon spent cycling by the edge of the lake. We would definitely go back to this hotel and we will recommend it to friends and family. Perfect holiday !!!

“Very Impressed”

Can't recomend this place highly enough for families with children under teen years. Pool area is great and the service provided by the stfaf at ther bar was fantastic. In fact the friendliness of all the staff really added to the stay. Torri itself is a beautiful little town and as the residence is only a five minute stroll away it was lovely to be able spend evenings on the lakeside without having to travel. Restaurants were all good quality although menus were similar from one to the other - typical pizzeria / pasta etc. But we never had a bad meal and the kids ate really well. Suggest you ask Sara (Residence Manager) for her eating suggestions and potential discounts. Brilliant stay and will definitely be going back. NB. CanareLand - well worth a visit for the kids.
