“Very pleasant”
A quiet resort holel right on the lake side with easy access to all the main centres of Lake Garda. All of the hotel staff were very kind and helpful with lots of suggestions for visits and things to do. The room was a bedroom with separate sitting room and the air conditionong was good, just as well as the day temperatures were upper 20's lower 30's. The hotel grounds were well kept and the pool very clean. The hotel food was excellent and there were a number of good local restraunts within easy walking along the beach
“Would go back tomorrow”
A little out of the way, but the same can be said of most hotels/resorts around the lake, if your intention is to see as much of it as possible. The staff got us a good deal on a hire car, which was certainly the best way to explore the lake. If you just want a relaxing holiday, this would be perfect. The resort was lovely with a great view of the lake. The room was pristine and very comfortable. The staff were amazing and really made us feel welcome and special. Admittedly, it was not very busy but, even so, they really went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
“Relais Sant Emilliano”
Hotel was defo 4* but not sure about the apartments. Was a bit alarmed to see that the cleaners hadn't bothered to removed the swatted mozzies from the apartment walls and that the patio doors were smeared with previous occupants prints. We stayed 10 days and no cleaners came in for 4* I expected more. Pool was nice but a bit cold so spent more time in the lake. Private beach wasn't as clean as the area around the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.
“booking again for next year”
excellent hotel in lovely gardens, so well kept. Although up-market it was still very informal. All staff were very friendly, helpfull and welcoming. two adult and two kids (12 and 7). We had a bungalow right by the pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We only used the pool, never used bar or restaurant as we ate at many surrounding restaurants, much cheaper and of good quality. A car is a must.
“Very good hotel but the location was a challenge.............”

“In the main very impressed”
Beautiful setting on the lake. Lovely accomodation. We stayed in self catering bungalow with partial view of lake. It was of a good standard , very clean and modern. It was great to be able to wander round to the pool mid morning and get sun loungers which had no towels reserving them. My only complaint would be that towels were only changed once per stay which I don't think was enough for our 10 day stay.It cost an extra 30 euros for an additional change of towels.I did not expect this for 4 star accomodation. On balance however I would still recommend this resort and would stay there again.
“Not what we expected”
The hotel is a bit isolated with nothing really beside it. I would not consider going back because of the location as you needed a car to get to the nearest town. The hotel was lovely with a stunning view but we were in an apartment which was ok but not of the standard expected. The room felt very damp even in the summer.
“Great location and overall enjoyed it well”
We did not stay in the hotel - you do need to know the difference, the hotel gets a lot of attention - it is more expensive but there is maid service and I think you will feel much more part of the place. We stayed in one of the appartments - right on the waters edge and with a nice and very well maintained pool just 100 steps away! - We did arrive late (approx 11:00 p.m.) and were just given the room key and left to fend for ourselves - this seems to be the norm in Italy - the appartment was spotless - yes as per previous review they need a kettle! The bedroom - no complaints - the fold out bed - when this is folded the room is gridlocked - bit of bad planning but not a big problem - my main problem with the appartment was the shower - It is very small - We did not eat at the hotel - breakfast was 20 euro each and my two kids would probably eat half a croissant and a glass of juice so I did not want to pay 80 euro a day for that - I guess I would have used the facility if they did not charge for kids..... - the evening meals - again a fairly sophisticated menu for kids with no kids menu apparant - we had a dish of french fries and 1 drink (lemonade & lime juice) at the pool - it cost euro 12.80...there are nice places to eat and good supermarkets around the area - you do need a car......would I go back again - yes I think I probably would...
“Beautiful views, Fantastic Hotel”
While we did go self-catering in this hotel, I really wish we had gone for a full service. It was a fantastic hotel and even though the Hotel is more aimed for a German market, The staff spoke a good level of english so you dont have to be afraid if your itlian is'nt the best. I will always book this place when I go back to this part of Italy again.
“un piacevole soggiorno sul lago”
E' stata una piacevolissima sorpresa alloggiare in questo bellissimo hotel situato in riva al lago. Splendido buffet per una colazione con vista sul lago. Da ricordare.
