“Very clean and stylish hotel.”

Spacious rooms, elegant reception. Very good breakfast. Beautiful pool but be careful of the sudden changes of level and the rough surface underfoot. A shuttle into Desenzano and Sirmione would make this a perfect place to stay without a car. Not a problem if you have one though.

La Quiete restaurant round the corner - two minutes walk. Excellent pizzas at a very reasonable price.

“Hotel still under construction, many amenities not available.”

Hotel was still under construction. It looked closed when we arrived. The pool and spa were not completed. Many areas unfinished. We had no keys to our room. We had to get the desk to let us into the room. We had almost no hot water. The price quoted for a certain number of people at the outset was not the same when it came time to pay. Later they added an extra person fee even though they knew the number of people up front.

Lake Garda nearby was very nice. Location was good to visit lake towns.

“Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen”

Das Hotel ist relativ neu eröffnet und nicht 100% fertig. So soll es noch einen Pool auf dem Dach geben. Der Pool vor dem Hotel ist, unserer Meinung nach, eher für die Optik und wird (bis der richtige Pool am Dach fertig ist) als solcher benutzt. Unseren Kindern (10 + 8) hat er trotzdem gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein 3 Zimmer Appartement für 4 Personen gebucht und eigentlich ein vollwertiges 2. Schlafzimmer erwartet. Im 2. Schlafzimmer stand aber nur 1 Bett, wir mussten im Wohnbereich die Schlafcouch ausziehen damit unsere beiden Kinder zusammen schlafen konnten. Die Schlafcouch ist aber allerhöchstens für Kinder geeignet (Matratzen und Federung könnten besser sein). Die Klimaanlage in dem gesamten Appartement ist super. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr bemüht und wirklich freundlich, es wird auch vereinzelt deutsch gesprochen. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas mager. Jeden Tag nur 2 Sorten Wurst und 1 Sorte Käse (und immer die gleichen). Die Tiefgarage ist toll aber die Parkplätze sind sehr optimistisch angelegt (eigentlich für normale Autos zu klein). Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen. Bis auf einen großen Supermarkt gibt es kein Geschäft o. Ä. in der Nähe. Es gibt keinen Zugang zum Gardasee (obwohl eigentlich direkt an der Uferstrasse). Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse (ca. 15 Meter vom Pool ohne Sichtschutz). Wegen der guten Fenster ist das nachts weniger ein Problem. Trotzdem ist das Hotel, für unseren Geschmack, das schönste in der Umgebung.

“Hauptstraßenhotel, nicht zu empfehlen!”

Das Hotel liegt leider direkt an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Es ist unmöglich ein ruhiges Plätzchen zum Ausruhen am Pool zu finden, um ein Buch zu lesen. Alle 3 Sekunden fährt ein Auto oder eine Vespa vorbei. Die Zimmer sind sauber und nach Italienischem Stiel eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage hat uns erspart nachts die Fenster öffnen zu müssen, sonst hätten wir nicht ohne den Autolärm schlafen können. Achtung: Die Küche kostet pro Tag 10 Euro extra. Sie ist nicht im Preis mit inbegriffen. Das mitgebuchte Frühstück lies zu wünschen übrig! Meine Familie (Kinder10 & 14 Jahre) fahren garantiert nicht wieder in diese Anlage!

“Guter Aufenthalt”

Hotel noch nicht fertig gestellt - Whirlpool und Terasse noch nicht in Betrieb! Pool sehr schön zum anschauen, aber nicht sehr praktisch zum Baden!
