Great location and hotel
Wonderful stay- very friendly and helpful staff, hotel was very clean and modern, good breakfast selection and a lovely pool. Hotel location was great, just a short walk from the lake. Would definitely recommend!

Lake Garda
We have stayed at this hotel twice and it is wonderful, we wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Lake Garda. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and the hotel is very clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. It's in a great location, a few minutes walk from the centre of Desenzano and about a 10 minute walk from the train station which is very handy to explore places further afield such as Venice and Verona.

Highly recommended. Service beyond 3 star rating
Had a great stay at this hotel beating all my expectations. Staff were extremely friendly and professional and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable - and I am usually fussy on this.

Most reception staff very dismissive & rude. No tea making facilities in the room. We received rolled eyes when questioned. Room was comfortable & clean. Lovely pool area.

Amazing hotel and very friendly staff and reception staff who gave us lots of pointers of where to visit with maps etc. so clean and quiet (request a quieter room and they upgraded us to a ground floor overlooking pool). Breakfast and coffee so good only criticism is there are not coffee facilities in the room which I missed!

Just perfect!!
Absolutely fabulous stay. The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast choices were great. The hotel and the rooms were spotless and the pool was immaculate. The location was ideal. Could not fault the hotel at all and loved every minute we were there.

A well located, modern, and clean hotel. Within easy walking distance of the centre. Excellent service and polite staff. Superb breakfast choice. Good sized modern, clean, swimming pool. Rail station 10 minutes, easy walk away.

Clean hotel, nice view of the mountains, staff very friendly helpful. Good buffet breakfast. The only thing I would suggest is a kettle & selection of tea/coffee in bedrooms

Terrible staff - spiteful attitude.
Mis sold a room. Hotel attitude was terrible. Booked room with view, given room with view of road and car wash. Asked for money back, refused. Spiteful attitude of hotel was disgraceful.

Lovely hotel in great location
Beautiful looking hotel, very clean and good facilities. Loved the pool. Great reception staff. Very helpful and attentive. Bar staff were good and bar prices very competitive. The Only downside was the breakfast staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods, but even though breakfast didn’t finish until 10:30, we found coming down to breakfast after 9:30 would mean the staff were more interested in clearing breakfast away than being attentive to the guests. Some foods would not be replenished after 9:30. However it was only a small niggle and would stay again.

The perfect place
Amazing experience, very welcoming, staff are a credit always helpful. Hotel is clean and modern and a short distance from the lake and beach, can’t fault it at all would highly recommend.

This hotel was lovely and clean. The swimming pool was always kept clean with plenty of sun beds. Nicely situated and 5 mins walk into the town and 10 mins walk to train station. Breakfast was plenty but one little critism was it would have been nice to have beans. My personal taste though. Had a lovely stay here and would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was in a good area to visit the town but the only problem was we had a room on the front of the hotel and the noise from the road was loud and the car wash opposite was loud so we couldn’t have the balcony door open, and that’s the only fault I can give this hotel.

Very nice room. Frühstück auffüllen wurde vernachlässigt, zubereitete Eier zum bedienen waren weit entfernt von weich, fluffig ... Unfachmännisch zubereitet !

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful hotel. Very pleasant staff and immaculately clean. Nice breakfast. Only comment is that I was surprised there wasn't one iron in the hotel which could be borrowed as I needed to iron a shirt for a business meeting. But an excellent hotel which I'd recommend.

Great location and helpful staff
This hotel is a few minutes walk from the lake and just ten minutes from the train station for going further afield. The public areas and rooms are stylish and comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. There is a varied breakfast buffet and hotel staff are happy to help with recommendations and requests. Its official category is three star but it feels much better than that classification. This was our fourth stay here and we will return.

Lovely hotel, absolutely spotless. Very modern and new looking. Breakfast was good, the hotel did a good variety of hot and cold food during the day which was also nice. Really good location just a 5 minute walk into the town centre and lake and a 5 minute walk to the train station. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean bright and the staff were lovely and welcoming. Plenty to choose from at breakfast and they also do food at lunch time. Everyone who worothere were so friendly. The hotel is central to the lake and train station which is perfect. Wonderful pool abs whirlpool.

Look no further if staying in Desenzano
A lovely hotel which had been recommended to us, and we will recommend it too. First class reception - room was ready although we arrived early. This meant we could enjoy the pool area straight away. Spacious room with view towards the lake. Nice furniture and fittings. Lovely large walk-in shower. English 3 point power socket on wall.Free bike hire meant that we could cycle along the beautiful path by the lake. Short walk to lake and town centre.Tasty breakfast with hot bacon, sausages, tomatoes, scrambled eggs as well as cereals, yoghurts, cold meats etc Cappucino, latte coffee etc served too. Able to stay after checkout and use pool area until leaving for flight later in the afternoon.
