this hotel was recommended to us and did not disappoint staff were really friendly and very helpful and hotel was very clean and comfortable location was just a short stroll along lakeside to bardolino great pool with plenty of loungers and the breakfasts were plentiful and all the better sitting outdoors in the garden we will be going back

“This Hotel is Brilliant!”

Just got back from a week in Bardolino, and the first thing I have done is sit down and write this review. I cannot praise this hotel enough - friendly, polite (and multilingual) staff, clean, comfortable rooms (with room safes - very secure), beautiful garden, delicious breakfasts with plenty of choice - the list goes on. In addition to the above (as if that wasn't enough), they are very helpful in booking excursions and organising airport transfers. We went on two excursions, one to Venice and one to Verona, and both were excellent and reasonably priced. In all, highly recommended.

“Lovely hotel”

Very nice hotel with pleasant gardens. Comfortable large bedroom and bathroom. The only disadvantage is that it is on a busy road, but it is set very well back and we didn't notice any road noise in the room. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Pool and garden area very nice. About a 10 minute walk to centre of village but you can walk next to Lake Garda so pleasant evening activity! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

“A LITTLE GEM”

Ideal location - about a 5 minute walk to the lake and ten minutes along the beautiful lakeside to the many bars and restaurants. The staff in the family run hotel couldn't do enough for you and were friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the garden where you could have breakfast was delightful. The breakfast was extensive and catered for everybody's taste. The staff created a very warm, family atmosphere and we would recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to go back - hopefully soon!

Das Hotel Ca Mura ist gut geeignet, wenn man auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung plant und zwischendurch in dem sehr gepflegten und liebevoll angelegten Hotelgarten und/oder swimmingpool sich erholen möchte. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereit kundenorientiertes Personal. Die vor dem Hotel entlanglaufende, stark befahrene Strasse bedingt beim Aufenthalt im Hotelgarten bzw. Pool den hierdurch üblichen PKW-Lärm. Ansonsten gute Lage (zu Fuss 3 min zum Supermarkt und zur Tankstelle (falls PKW vorhanden), 10 - 15 min zu Fuss ins Stadtzentrum von Badolino). Wir würden wieder hinfahren (Eltern mit 2 Kindern 14 und 16 Jahre alt).

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage und sehr freundliches Personal. Ist jederzeit für einen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.

“Super freundlich aber (zu) teuer”

Wunderschöner Pool und Garten. Super freundlicher Service. Großes Angebot beim Frühstück. WLAN ist relativ günstig (2 EUR/Tag, 5 EUR/Woche) aber leider nur im Haupthaus verfügbar. unser - wie die meisten - Zimmer sind im Nebengebäude ohne WLAN. Leider hatte unser - wie viele andere - Zimmer keinen Balkon und keinen Kühlschrank. Da unser Zimmer am vorderen Eck des Hotel lag, war der Straßenlärm bei offenem Fenster recht laut.

“Späte Anreise nicht gewünscht”

Falls Sie vorhaben sollten auch mal nach 21 Uhr in diesem Hotel einchecken zu wollen, sollten Sie besser ein anderes Hotel buchen. Das ist hier nicht gewünscht, auch erhält man keinen Torschlüssel, somit bleibt das eingestellte Fahrzeug bis zum nächsten Morgen eingesperrt, Ausflüge sind dann nur zu Fuß möglich. Insgesamt ist das Personal unfreundlich, was italienuntypisch ist, ansonsten ist es ein gepflegtes Haus. Aber die Stimmung war dahin.

“Gutes familiengeführtes Hotel mit guter Lage.”

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Wir haben im Vorfeld erwähnt, dass dieser Aufenthalt Teil unserer Hochzeitsreise ist. Wir haben als "Geschenk" ein hochwertigeres Zimmer (mit Balkon) erhalten und hatten einen Willkommensgruß auf unserem Zimmer. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jede Frage/ jedes Anliegen wurde von "Frau Yvonne" kompetent und 100% freundlich beantwortet. - Zimmer sehr sauber - gutes Frühstück - gute Lage, ca 5-10 Min zu Fuss bis Bardolino - gut funktionierender Safe im Zimmer - wunderschöner Garten Alles in Allem war dies ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt für uns.
