My wife and I stayed 6 nights at the hotel in a junior sweet. The room was very spacious and well furnished with a desk a comfortable bed and a sitting area, all at a very reasonable price. The included breakfast was very good, with hot dishes, cold cuts, desserts, fresh fruit and other choices. The room had complimentary internet access that was on the slow side but adequate, faster service was available in a lounge on the first floor. There is a large shopping center with a supermarket within walking distance. There is a restaurant open for supper and a bar that offers good snacks for lunch or evening, we used the bar but not the restaurant.
Great hotel, amazing views over Lake Como. On site parking at a cost. Food fantastic. Staff very helpful. Hotel is high on the hill so a bit of a trek back up from the village, only a few minutes and 10 euros by taxi.

What a wonderful stay, in a very beautiful and welcoming hotel.
We really could not fault any part of the resort or our visit to Lake Como. From the moment we arrived the service we received was impeccable.
Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, with an enormous en-suite. Our private terrace and garden were certainly added bonuses, with a spectacular view of the lake and a fabulous area for room-service dining.
Valet parking, removed all the hassle of finding a parking space in the resort’s private cark park and gathering together our belongings each time we left the car….. We simply handed over our keys and strolled to the bar or out to the lake-front terrace.
The food and drink was great. The breakfast was very extensive, offering a wide selection in a peaceful and calm environment, with quiet and attentive service. Lunch and dinner, either from the bar or outdoor terrace, or from room-service, was very enjoyable and not too over-priced.
Already looking to book again for next year!
This hotel was an indulgence that was well worth money. It was such a pleasure to stay there , the old school style service was excellent . We found the accomadations and the food quality in the casual restaurant to be excellant. Truly a highlight to our trip to Italy,

It isn't often that you can go away on holiday and not have anything to say on what can be improved, from the actual accommodation to the friendly staff, there is nothing to fault about the Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort. I would only say that a car is required but this is known when researching the location.

This hotel in Brunate is perched high on the cliff overlooking Lake Como. Our room had a fabulous view over the lake and city. The hotel is about 2400 feet above Como with a hair-raising drive through narrow winding roads up to Brunate. There is a funicular beside the hotel which, unfortunately, was not operating during our stay. However, there is a bus that runs to Como every 30 minutes. It is expected that the funicular will be back in operation within the next 3-4 weeks. The restaurant is great - not many choices, but the food was excellent. Breakfasts also were very good. The rooms are really well decorated with the use of glass, mirrors and painted frieze work. We really liked this hotel.
Modern hotel, very clean and comfortable. Little to fault it really, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was thrown in with the room, it was adequate, good choice of cold meat, fruit, cereal, pastries, bread rolls, yoghurt, juice and decent coffee.
Evening meal was reasonably priced and the portions were huge. Meals and things like the minibar were all reasonably priced (e.g. 1ltr fizzy water was 0.75 euro; 500ml bottle of wine was 5 euros).
Room had BBC news as only English channel.
I'd go back again for another week in a heartbeat.
