The room was beautiful! It was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a convenient spot to get everywhere I wanted to go. It was noisy but honestly, the only time it bugged me eas when I was at the pool.

I concerned the mobile cart used to transport luggage to room. I has second floor room, my dog was with me, and I has much stuff. Front desk said they would call when cart was available, I waited as as long as I could, and had to carry myself ( 80 years old ). I suggest your mark carts to remind people to not get them until they are ready to load and then return promptly.

We booked there because of Hampton reputation but we wanted to stay there because it had an indoor pool but found out it was closed down 6 months ago. Internet still shows an indoor pool. So very disappointed

When booking our stay, we specifically chose a property with an indoor pool and hottub. This property had those listed as available, but upon arriving we were informed they had been closed for months. Very sad and disappointing.

On way home from Dallas. Exhaust fan NEVER shut off hence ongoing noise from bathroom. Very annoying. Great tv. Appreciate having option to connect to Netflix.

Do not stay here if you value your car. My rental car was absolutely inundated with bird droppings during the first night of my stay. It looked like it was vandalized. I reported it to the front desk staff and they said they would speak to the manager. I have yet to hear anything. I spent my money on a drive thru car wash and that failed to get it clean. I then tried a self service wash and spent more money and another half hour of my time getting it clean. I would like to be reimbursed for my expenses and the staff should block off spaces that are prone to these attacks or warn the guests about this potential problem. If I did not take on this massive cleaning project I’m sure I would have been charged an outrageous cleaning fee.

The tv would not work. Contacted front desk and they said that they had an outage. So no tv the two days there. The ac was extremely loud and sounded like a Mack truck outside our window. The room was clean but the bathroom had areas that hadn’t been mopped.
